Madeira Norte #505 - Beginning May 4, 2026, the pool will be shut down for approximately a month while the pool is being resurfaced. Call today to inquire about potential discounts on affected nights.

Enjoy the peace & quiet of being located on the top floor with incredible views of the beach and gulf. The side beach location also provides the benefit of night-time views spanning John’s Pass Fishing Village, or view boats travelling up the intracoastal waterway. With 940 square feet of living space, Beachy colors and an open airy layout there is plenty of space for everyone. Two bedrooms with spacious closets and on and œ baths; there is ample seating in the dining and living areas. The private balcony may be accessed from the living room as well as master bedroom, offering welcome shade until late afternoon. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

The unit sleeps four comfortably with 1 king and 2 twins (no sleeper sofa). In addition the owners supply a small twin roll away and a pack n play for small children. Completely renovated and upgraded unit with new flooring throughout, premium granite countertops, custom cabinetry. Free WIFI. TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Please note this condo does not have a phone.

The non-smoking unit has its own washer and dryer, with a designated parking space, visitor parking and there are ample BBQ facilities provided. The beach is literally a few steps from the elevator, with private secure gate access limited to Madeira Norte residents. Our private heated pool offers an alternative to the warm crystal clear gulf waters, with ample poolside seating and umbrellas.

For some shopping and entertainment, you are just a 2-minute walk from John's Pass Village, a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village voted Pinellas County’s leading tourist attraction. For good reason, The Village offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Enjoy some music at The ‘Bamboo Beach Beer Garden’ and ‘The Hut,’ or eat fresh fish caught daily at ‘Waltz Fish Shak.’ Several popular anchor tenants have also made the Village their home including Bubba Gump’s, Hooters and Hubbard’s Marina. Numerous novelty stores offer opportunities to pick up a souvenir and there is a Pirate-themed boardwalk popular with children of all ages. The Village also offers a variety of watersports on your doorstep, such as parasailing, jet-skis, boat rentals, dolphin watching and shelling, chartered fishing, even a Pirate Ship cruise aboard the Royal Conquest!

The Sunhost onsite management office is located next door, providing 7 day a week maintenance with after hours emergency on-call personnel. You will find the unit to be meticulously clean, furnished with all kitchen utensils, bed-linens, towels, even extra pillows. Our friendly staff will provide local information and guidance, as well as general office services including copier and print boarding passes.
Tampa International Airport is just 25 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International is 15 miles away.

Great place

Loved everything about this place! My only suggestion would be for someone staying a whole month like myself that more toilet paper trash bags dish soap etc be provided for the long stay. Also a crock pot would be nice to have to cook meals as well. I loved my stay and the property was amazing!

A few minor inconveniences but overall wonderful stay.

Location, parking, beach access all exceptional! Only issue was with the air conditioning. We have a 3yr old, and the original contract stated the a/c was not to be set below 72F (totally fine). However, the thermostat was locked so that we could not put it down below 73F, not the end of the world. However, the thermostat continuously would change the temp back to 78F multiple times a day. We would come home to put my kid down for a nap and he would either be unable to sleep he was so hot, or he would wake up crying nonstop because he got so hot and sweaty that he was literally soaking wet. I should be able to set the air and not have it change back and make us uncomfortable or make my son wake up soaked!

Fantastic Two BR Condo

My family and I (including two teens) had a wonderful time at this two BR condo! Condo very clean, had all the amenities needed plus more! Since we flew out to area, we didn't have beach chairs or travel coolers but this condo provided. We purchased a few noodles and left with condo as well. Just steps to beach, pool, and more. We've traveled to quite a few Florida beaches and felt this was one of the nicest ones we have ever stayed in! Highly recommend!
