Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the property is approximately 5 minutes from downtown St. Pete and 10 minutes from the beautiful Gulf beaches, with restaurants, parks, shopping, hospitals, breweries, museums, the Pinellas Trail and many other attractions nearby.

THE MAIN HOUSE

The main house offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, comfortable living space and a private fenced backyard.
