IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Unit #418 is nestled in the corner behind the elevator, granting you the peace and quiet that comes with being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel's main areas. While it does not have a balcony, it compensates with ample windows that provide an abundance of natural light.

Location:
Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is in the heart of Clearwater Beach located across the street from one of the top rated beaches in America! Walking distance to restaurants, night life and all of the wonderful activities Clearwater Beach has to offer.
Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.

Accommodations:
Our studio room offers the best value for experiencing Clearwater Beach and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This room features a king size bed and a spacious living area of 345 square feet. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

Check-in was very easy and the reps were very friendly. The soap dispenser in our room was broken and they did try to fix it, and it was determined that they needed to order a new one. It was nice that there were restaurants and shops close and very close access to the beach and a short drive to the softball fields.

Great location, across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and Pier. We have stayed at Pelican Point on and off over the years and first time in this unit. Only negative is the condo unit looked like they were still fixing the unit as the ceiling was peeling off and not finished painting in the bathroom under the sink

Bargain by the beach

We stayed in the corner suite behind the elevator. Walking distance to shops and dining. Didnt mind the construction next door, but it does start early during the week. (7am) Pool was open late. No noise from neighbors. Overall decent stay for the price.

Great location for a short stay! The property’s elevator was a bit scary but only option to go up the fourth floor with a stroller & two young kids. It was shaking the whole way up. I should’ve requested the first floor. The property is walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, not the property’s fault but the guest staying at the hotel during our stay was noisy and disrespectful.

Amidst all these towering expensive hotels is this affordable and convenient vrbo. I would stay again. The only knock I give them is cleanliness in the hallways to the rooms and floating leaves (not sure what, I chose not to swim in the pool) in the swimming pool. Thanks for a great night!

Beach weekend

Excellent value for the money: clean and comfortable, with an outstanding location. Easy walk to the beaches and shops. Parking for one car included, a big plus in a beach town where parking fills up quickly and can be expensive. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the property management team was attentive and informative.
