The only issue with the property was the lack of lighting in the showers, but it was not a dealbreaker. There were some issues with the cleaning crew, but that was not the fault of the owner. The Condo has a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and is direct ocean front, for a great location for your breakfast / lunch meal. Sam has been absolutely wonderful to work with, from the first contact throughout our stay.

Amazing, as always!

Wonderful stay with family. Sam is an amazing host who is quick to respond when issues arise. Condo was clean and just as beautiful as our last visit. We had a surprise engagement while there. Our granddaughter chose this condo (her favorite) for her graduation trip, so her fella thought it would be a perfect place to propose. We will return!

Great Oceanfront Condo

This was the perfect location for our ladies trip! We were all very comfortable and the layout of the condo was perfect for 4 women on vacation together. The beach access was easy and the condo is stocked with plenty of beach gear, towels and other supplies. Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful condo!

Loved staying here. It’s so spacious, decorated beautifully and has everything you need for a beach vacation with a great view. Communication with owner is top notch. Beds super comfortable, 2 big bathrooms, good size bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Full size laundry room is a nice bonus. Owner has a variety of beach equipment they allow you to use to make the most of the beach days. Already planning our week here for next year.

Las Brisas

This was a perfect spot! Extremely clean, beds were comfortable, kids loved it. Waking up to a beautiful waterfront view every morning was spectacular and is very missed. We were lucky enough to see dolphins almost daily swimming by us. Walking distance to everything including John’s Pass. Will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful Vacation at Las Brisas!

Our stay, of three adults, had a wonderful time at Las Brisas. The condo is spacious, has many kitchen items and utensils, and is in a perfect location. Spending time on the balcony and the beach were our two favorite places. Working with Sam, the owner, during check-in and check-out went smoothy, and I appreciated the prompt responses I received. The condo has two full-sized bathrooms and three roomy bedrooms. The king-sized bed in the master suite was super-comfortable for sleeping in, after a long day on the beach. This condo also has a large variety of beach toys and chairs. Overall, this is an excellent place to spend a relaxing vacation on Madeira Beach, and we cannot wait to return!

Our meeting with hurricane Idiilia

Unfortunately on arrival to this beautiful condo on the beach at Madeira Beach we were under mandatory evacuation and had to leave before unpacking our bags. The condo was beautiful and although it was dark we could see the gorgeous beach and knew it would be stunning especially at sunset. Everything was perfect with the condo but the weather had other plans. Our host was amazing and directed us to where we should head to for safety. The communication with her was consistent and supportive to our situation and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again in the future.

Perfection

Our family stayed May 6-13. Absolutely beautiful condo right on the beach. Amazing restaurants right across the street and some shops well within walking distance. Sam could not have been a better hostess. We arrived early and she allowed us to check in early due to the cleaning crew being done. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you can possibly need. Tons of beach chairs and coolers etc made it so easy to relax right under your balcony. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone

Nice location on Madeira Beach. Owner is terrific to deal with and very responsive to all questions. While the building is a little dated, the condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable for a group of 6. Nice balcony facing the beach, lots of beach accessories, well furnished, clean and nice atmosphere overall.

The property was as described and in a terrific location. Just a few minute walk to Winn-Dixie and many restaurants. Had a slight disconnect on the check in instructions, but was quickly resolved with good communication from the owner. Thanks for sharing yourwonderful property!!

This is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything you need, and it’s right on the beach. The condo was very spacious for the 5 of us (adults) we never felt like we were on top of each other.. We loved the bar/restaurant across the street “The Reef” Highly recommend

Wonderful Time

We rented with family to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with family in sunshine and sand. The condo was very nice with a full kitchen and use of the washer and dryer. The owner was very responsive and a great communicator providing us with all kinds of information and answered all of our questions. This place is in a great location and we pretty much walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!
