5/2/25 - NEW UPDATE FROM BUILDING MANAGEMENT COMPANY. STILL NO REPAIR DATE ON ELEVATOR. BUILDING EXTERIOR REPAIRS BEGINNING ON JULY 1 TO JULY 7, 2025 THROUGH AUGUST, 2025. MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE USE OF BALCONIES. POOL MAY OR MAY NOT BE OPEN AT TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION. ANOTHER NEIGHBORING POOL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING THIS TIME.
3/19/25 Update: The controller has been installed and the cab moves up and down. The last company needs to return for their part and the elevator will be operational. As soon as we get the date we will let you know. From what we understand this last step only needs one day.
