Welcome to View West #1, your ultimate beachfront escape! This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is situated right on the pristine sands of the Gulf of Mexico, offering stunning views and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.

Inside, you'll find a spacious and tastefully furnished living area that opens to a private balcony with direct beach views—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or breathtaking sunsets. The balcony is complete with a large dining table for al fresco meals and extra seating for relaxing with a book or a glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for your group, including high-quality appliances, beautiful finishes, and even a wine cooler. The open living and dining area provides a great space for gathering, with easy access to the balcony for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The master bedroom is a retreat of its own, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom. The second bedroom offers two comfortable queen beds and a TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds, making it ideal for kids or additional guests.

For additional convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer will be found in the unit, as well as a private grill on the balcony. After a day at the beach, relax by the heated onsite pool or lounge on the deck with plenty of chairs to soak up the sun.

Just a short drive south, you’ll find John’s Pass Village, a vibrant hub of activity with an array of shops, art galleries, and restaurants. This area is known for its fresh seafood, family-friendly attractions, and numerous options for boat and water sports rentals.

Head a little further north, and you’ll discover Sand Key and Clearwater Beaches, renowned for their immaculate white sands and stunning sunset views. These beaches offer a variety of amenities including picnic areas, grills, a playground, a dog park, shops, restaurants, and convenient water fountains and restrooms. For a more secluded experience, venture to Caladesi Island, accessible only by boat.
