Convenient location, responsive host

We came to St. Pete for our son's graduation from Eckerd College. This VRBO was conveniently located, and available after our original rental was cancelled last minute due to a leak at the property. Our host, Tristan, was quite responsive when we had issues, which were few. It is exactly as described, and they are adding an above ground pool, which will be lovely for those hot, humid days! The outside area has abundant seating, a grill and stovetop (which we didn't end up using due to the heat), and fans which helped us stay cooler while outside. We enjoyed our celebrating our son, and Tristan even left a gift for us to celebrate his graduation! Overall a lovely time.

As Smart as it Gets

What a great 4 days! The location is so convenient to both the beach and downtown. The BBQ Cabana was so pleasant and the word "Wow" kept on getting uttered by each of entering the property. The place was immaculately decorated and so clean we almost felt guilty using the space. But the really cool thing is the entire space is loaded with smart tech. Which I don't have at home because it didn't interest me but it does now. Tristan you were an awesome host and should the Ravens travel to Tampa again I will certainly try to book again. Thanks!

Graduation

We stayed here for our daughters graduation from a college nearby. The house had great amenities and was well equipped. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very responsive. Sad that we were not able to stay longer to enjoy more of the amenities, that the house provided. We would definitely rent again and thanks again for sharing your home. All the best

Perfect for an Adult escape

Beautifully decorated adult retreat. Fits 6 comfortably. Ability to cook in if guests choose to do that with the wonderful accommodations available. Fun place to chill and recharge. We had a blast Tristan. Best of luck with it!! ~Jena’

Cancelation Policy - No Refund

The house was beautiful, location was great. My only criticism was lack of flexibility with altering our reservation dates when we had group members that could not attend due to covid positive tests. As a result, our group size was reduced from 6 guests to 4. We notified the owner 5 days before our stay and still had to pay a $400 upcharge for the additional guests that did not come. They did however extend an early check-in and late check-out as a small consolation.

Lovely home with luxury touches

This beautifully renovated property was the perfect home base for our family reunion vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen as well as the high end details inside. Located in a quiet neighborhood this was an easy drive to the beaches. We tried a different beach each day! Also, Walgreens and Publix are nearby. (Be aware that beach toys and laundry are not included). The host was always quick to respond and very helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very enjoyable

Everything was perfect. From the stylish decor to the bright open feel of the home. Neighborhood was awesome too. Communication was instant which is always appreciated. They even checked in with us morning after the first night to see if we slept well. What? What a nice touch. But the best was the back yard. We didn’t get a chance to cook but the outdoor kitchen was awesome. Loved just chilling in the yard with the gorgeous landscaping and lack of mosquitos. Highly recommend.
