This property is a duplex, and you will be booking one side—Unit 2, a private 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome designed for the ultimate beach experience. Our home embraces its stunning setting, with sun and ocean vistas filling every room.

Main Level: The second floor serves as your central living area. It features an open kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a full bathroom. Step out onto your private deck to enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Upper Level: Two serene bedrooms await on the third floor. Each is a private suite with its own full bathroom and a personal balcony overlooking the beach. Wake up to gentle waves and watch the sunset from the comfort of your room.

A third full bathroom on the main level is perfect for rinsing off after a day of sun and sand. Each unit is fully furnished and equipped for a relaxing and pleasurable stay.

Such a beautiful place to stay in Clearwater. It's exactly like the pictures and Andrew is a fantastic host. Checks in throughout your stay to make sure everything is ok. I loved that. We had one minor issue getting in, and Andrew got right back to me and helped immediately. Everything is within walking distance so no need to really drive much. You can watch the sunset right from the patio. It was immaculate cleanliness as well. Not even an ounce of sand on the floor upon check in which is kind of rare when staying right in the sand. We can't wait to come back again!

The location and parking are excellent!! The place was very clean. Main downside was the decks are getting questionable and the smell of mildew was pretty strong when you come in. I'm sure that's an issue by the water. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This place is truly a gem! Excellent location, just steps to the beach. The place was very clean, well appointed and furnished to provide a cozy feel. Parking was easy, and safe - just steps away from the entry door. The host was welcoming, and very communicative despite our stay landing on a holiday. The highlight of our stay was being able to see the amazing sunset from the balconies. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing. It was like having your own private beach. I was amazed by the amenities from beach equipment, to all the items that I didn’t expect the property offered. The host went well beyond to make sure we were accommodated. We will definitely be back.

My son and I had an amazing and comfortable stay at this listing! The area is great for families, the house is literally on the beach and can’t ask for much more. I would definitely give this place 5 stars and would stay again when visiting Clearwater.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. It is located directly on the beach which was perfect. The unit was very clean and felt homey. We really appreciated the beach cabana storage! Pros: perfect location directly on Clearwater Beach; seamless check-in; both bedrooms had direct views of the Gulf from the 2nd floor balconyCons: not stocked well; no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bag. No laundry detergent. If you like to cook, not a good assortment of cooking pots and pans or utensils. All in all I would definitely come back

Location,location, location!!!! this condo was awesome, right on the beach, phenomenal views of sunset. close to the pier but just far enough that the beach was never crowded. the condo came with all the beach gear you would need, umbrella, chairs, cooler, toys for kids, boards, floaties. the condo itself was clean great for family. Had wifi and nice big tv's in each room, with board games in family room. each floor has a balcony with chairs to enjoy the views. Only gripe i would have is kitchen and supplies are very limited. the host did tell us that provide minimum and its on us to supply toilet paper and paper towels, again not a big deal but it wouldnt take much to keep a pack of toilet paper and paper towels on hand for guests. We loved it so much we are already planning on coming back.

Great Stay!!!

We had such a good time, there was plenty to do and the beach is literally right outside your door! We checked in easy, the Publix was close enough to run to and stock the house, and we were able to enjoy the whole town of Clearwater. I highly suggest staying here and enjoying the beach with a very “at home” feel.

Great Beach Option

Great, convenient parking! Outstanding views and access to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for!! Slightly confusing that is says sleeps 4, but then the ad says there is a pull out couch. We asked to have 5 and were very comfortable. There was not a pull out couch, but there was a futon.
