Keep your eyes open if you’re on the beach at dusk or dawn. We very often see dolphins swimming right off shore. If the dolphins come in close, which they do occasionally, do not get in the water and try to touch them. It is illegal to touch the dolphins (we humans have germs that harm the dolphins). A fun, inexpensive thing to do is to rent the ocean kayaks off the beach. Morning is usually the best time, when the waters are generally calmer.

Very clean place. Had an issue with the one toilet but they fixed it that day. The pool was set to a perfect temperature. The one pool table stick didn’t have a tip to it. If you want to use the propane fireplace they told us we had to buy a propane tank. However, they have one in the fireplace that had propane in it because we used the grill but the propane fireplace still would not turn on. The kitchen sink faucet leaks unless you get it right in the perfect spot. These were the same issues from a previous review in Oct 2025, I had asked before we got there if they were fixed and they said yes but once we got there we had similar issues.

Overall this place is nice and spacious and close to the beach. Was disappointed with a few things that were advertised but not working. such as the tv in main living room was broke, the gas outdoor firepit didn’t work, the bikes both have flat tires,kitchen sink won’t shut off completely unless you wiggle it, pool table is on last leg and one worn out stick, Ice machine wasn’t working, says there’s a hottub but isn’t, and could use a good deep clean throughout. Positives though it is spacious, pool is very warm, nice horse shoe driveway so you don’t have to back into busy traffic, comfy beds, plenty of dishes, blender, coffee maker, ect. Love the beach chairs, cooler and wagon for our beach day!

I had an amazing stay at this house! The highlight for me was definitely the pool — super clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing or hanging out. On top of that, the pool table inside made the nights even better, giving us plenty to do when we weren’t swimming. The house itself was comfortable, well-kept, and had a great vibe overall. If you’re looking for a spot that mixes chill outdoor fun with indoor entertainment, this place is a perfect choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

Family Trip

The layout of the house and furnishings are good. Plenty of beds. The negatives are you cannot adjust the thermostat, the pool was very cold, and there is no hot tub as stated in the description. The pool table is held together with duct tape and the bikes have flat tires.

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed staying at this comfortable clean house very much. Close by were any type of stores you needed and the beach was 15 min away. Gustavo was very helpful and quick to respond if there were any questions. Spent lots of time in patio area and pool. Plenty of beach and pool items

Clean house

We were pleased with the home. It was clean and very well equipped with all you need. The only real complaint would be the house is on the corner of a busy intersection; the traffic was really loud into the late hours of the night. We were pleased that the pool was heated but disappointed there was no gas for the grill, the pool cleaner didn’t come as expected and the trash didn’t get picked up so we had no where to put our garbage. The owner was very kind and told us not to worry about it. They supply water and beach toys which was a nice surprise! Overall I would recommend this house, just pack earplugs for sleeping.

Busy Intersection

The house was adequate. The pool was at a good temperature. My grandson enjoyed swimming in it. There were several times at night. It sounded like somebody was going to drive right into house. it was hard to sleep at night, thinking at any moment someone was going to drive into the house losing control on that street. It was a very busy street. Did not realize we did not have cable we do not stream, so it was very difficult to watch TV and relax. Windows were not made to help keep the noise out and all the windows did not have room darkening curtains. When you’re sleeping in a room, it would be nice to have it dark. For some reason the garage door was not working we had to unplug it . Having to come through the front of each time was a bit inconvenient. And the garbage was not picked up on the day it was supposed to been so we just left the garbage can out. Hopefully it got picked up. We couldn’t find the TV changer in the beginning for the living room and was told to calm down and I would find it. Once I started digging through the sticky couch, I finally found it in the couch. You stick your hands down into the couch you’re lucky if you get them back. did enjoy the pool beds are comfortable and having the washer and dryer is a huge plus. Just wish there would’ve been some laundry soap left behind to do a couple of loads of laundry. There was no dish soap to wash dishes. Nor were there any washrags to do dishes by hand. Loved the drying rack above the sink.

this home is a perfect size for a large family and guests. The home was clean but on a very busy intersection. The home is fenced in so our children were safe. Everyone was very comfortable and the home was stocked well for cooking purposes. The home owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again. It a great place to stay.

Attentive Host

Nice size property with a good layout and large master suite. House was clean and had a well stocked with kitchen utensils and which made cooking easy. Pool was also bigger than pictured. Gustavo made sure we had all we needed.

Traffic is the only problem

The house is furnished nicely and the pool is heated and well kept. The host responded to any questions or issues we had! There are no complaints about host of property. It is on an extremely high traffic intersection and it’s noisy. Be aware and bring ear plugs.

A lot of space for everyone

The house has a lot of space for everyone to sleep, lounge and play. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need. The house is on a very busy intersection with a lot of traffic noise throughout the day and night. The kids had fun swimming in the pool and the billiards table was a nice attraction for all. Gustavo is very kind and is there for anything you need in a moments notice, he wants to be sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay.

Great stay

We loved our stay here! The house is very spacious, extra large bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool are is great although we ended spending most of our time at the beach. My son loved all the games in the garage. House is well stocked with towels, soap, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. Everything you need for a beach day! The house is on an extremely busy intersection, but we didn’t have any problems sleeping. Gustavo was great with the few questions we had.

Great Location

The location was close to shopping and Clearwater Beach. The washing machine stopped working our 2nd day so we had to use a laundry mat the remainder of our 4 day vacation. The house was clean and spacious but the bathroom window was dirty with a film were previous guest wrote in it.

Great Stay

Enjoyed the house. My teens had a lot of fun. I would definitely stay again. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The house is on a busy road so you will hear the traffic but it did not interfere with the good sleep I had in the comfy beds.
