Madeira Norte #110 - There is too much to say about Madeira Norte #110 exquisite 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 940 square foot property located in a prime location along southern Madeira Beach. From the moment you walk in, you will be entranced by this updated, beautifully decorated home that provides some of the best beach and pool views available. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this condo. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Upon entering, guests will immediately notice the private outdoor balcony with panoramic ocean views while providing plenty of cool breezes. To the left of the entrance, is the the updated kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, modern cabinetry and fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The living area offers comfortable seating with a large sectional sofa, flat screened t.v. and access to the balcony. Enjoy your favorite book or cocktail when lounging outside on the deck overlooking the pool and beaches. Chances are, this will be your favorite location in the entire condo!

The well appointed master bedroom provides comfort with a king sized bed, plenty of closet space and spotless master bathroom. The second guest room has two twin beds, making this an ideal location for families with young children. A washer and dryer are also included in this property as are linens, extra towels and pillows.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Just steps from the beach and pool, guests will also love the close proximity of John's Pass Village, a popular attraction with shopping, restaurants and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. Pool area and outdoor spaces very nice and clean. The beach front unit was ok. Somewhat clean but the bed mattress needs replaced. Bedroom tv is broken. Sofa is dirty and smells. Didn’t see housekeeping at all for the two week stay. Called about burned out lights in kitchen. Repaired quickly by maintenance. John

Labor day stay

Unit suffered from slight deferred maintenance and housekeeping definitely does the bare minimum but overall it was nice enough and the location and view made it worthwhile. Big negative but out of the control of the unit owner was the condo management's decision to shut the pool down labor day weekend under the guise of "maintenance". One can only assume it had to do with the amount of sand they would have had to clean evidenced by all the posted signs about all the sand they have to clean. Would definitely stay here again but not on a holiday weekend so we can enjoy the pool for our whole trip.

Great Location

This condo is in the best location of Maderia Beach. To be able to walk across the street to John's Pass was all we needed. The room was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we need. There are a few punch out items that could be done (baseboard in kitchen, ceiling tiles when you first walk in) but for the price it was easily overlooked. I will warn you the master shower is very small but the other one in the hall is a full shower/ bath. There are a couple of complaints one being the use of 3 different keys. I understand it is to keep people out but it would be nice to switch to a key pad code. We were lucky to be on the 1st floor because the elevator is SLOW!! I have bad knees but it was not a problem going up and down the stairs all week. We would definitely go back again and again! Thank you for a great stay.

Lacked routine maintenance and was dirty

We have stayed in this building in the past but this unit was very disappointing. We experienced a long list of issues in the one week we were on property that were all due to lack of routine maintenance. 1. Couldn’t use master bathroom as toilet wouldn’t flush and was continuously running 2. Kitchen sink wouldn’t turn off so water was constantly running two different times. 3. Fridge leaked water all over the floor due to a broken part that had to be replaced. 4. Faucets were all loose 5. Light bulbs were out 6. The place was very dirty. Coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned, cabinet fronts were full of food, and the rug in the living room was disgusting. 7. Lacked general things for a stay such as beach towels which aren’t always offered but are helpful. When we called The emergency number about the plumbing issues, we received no response. It was a holiday on 1/1 but this could have led to significant damage in the unit due to lack of response on a water issue. It’s a shame it is so poorly maintained as the location is good. If you have the option, I’d choose a different unit in this building. We’ve stayed in a different unit in this building before and it was significantly better.

Great unit with beautiful views!

We love Madeira Norte and this unit(110) is very nice! The only thing that keeps me from a 5 star review is that this unit really needs a new stove as only 2 burners worked (and one of them didn’t work great). It’s a little too close to the pool for me, but I know some families love that! Frying pans in this unit are shot and need to be replaced, but other than these minor inconveniences, it’s a great, clean, modern unit!! We enjoyed our vacation this year as much as every other year we’ve stayed at the Norte!

False advertisement and outdated

Advertised the unit slept 6, when it actually only sleeps 4. I had two kids sleeping on the couch all week. Had to keep hundreds of dollars of food in coolers until the fridge started to work. Front door lock took several tries before the key would actually work. Bathrooms are very small and outdated. Disappointed for the money spent.

Great location!!

Wonderful view of the water! Right across the street from Johns Pass. We had a great time!!! There are a few beach toys and chairs available. Condo could use new pans. We ended up going and buying some Pam since all foods were sticking when we cooked. You will have to go purchase common every days items (dish soap, laundry detergent, sweetner, coffee, etc). They provide bath towels, bars of hand soap, few trash bags and 4 dishwasher tablets.
