Excellent endroit tranquille

Condo très propre et très bien équipé….. Nous n’avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Très facile d’aller à la plage qui est environ à 10 minutes de marche . La propriétaire répond promptement à nos questions et elle s’est informée à notre arrivée si tout était correct au condo. Elle a le confort de ses invités à coeur.

Amazing Vacation

This is our second time staying in one of Kit & Gary's condos. The host think of everything to make your stay enjoyable and to feel like the comforts of home. The unit was absolutely beautiful and clean! Beds were comfortable and luxurious! Close proximity to the beach and lots of restaurants. Wagon, chairs, cooler, boogie boards...the list goes on and on! They truly have thought of everything. We are already planning our next trip.

Great holiday stay

We spent five nights over Christmas at Dock of the Bay. We enjoyed our stay. The property is ideally situated. It overlooks a dock and the bay, takes five minutes of walking to the beach, and is surrounded by restaurants and other amenities. Traffic in Clearwater Beach during the holidays can be egregious. The condo building itself is just off the main road, so it is easy to get in and out and is quiet at night.The condo itself was recently renovated. It is equipped with everything we need. We traveled with the elderly and a small child. We particularly liked the layout of the property, with a set of "suites" (a bedroom and a bathroom) on both sides of the condo. So at night residents in either end do not disturb each other.Kit and Gary are great hosts! The communications were smooth and they replied to our requests and questions promptly. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Cut short by Hurricane Helene

We booked this lovely unit for two weeks starting September 23rd. Stayed one night and left because Helene was coming. Drove inland for 3 nights hoping to return but couldn’t due to Helene. Kit, the owner, graciously refunded all but one night and the service fee. VRBO refunded the taxes with exception of the one night. We hope to return when Clearwater Beach is able to accept tourists.

Perfect getaway home

The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The hosts had everything fully stocked in the kitchen. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon that were provided to use. The hosts were very easy to contact and were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

A perfect stay

Excellent communication with the owners prior to our stay and checking in on us during the stay was the right level. Beautiful condo, sparkling clean, the most comfortable beds, had the best sleeps. The little touches, from beach items - trolley, chairs, cool box to an umbrella should there be rain! Welcome gift was a lovely touch and a superb location, walking distance to everywhere. Awesome Condo!

My husband and our friends stayed here 9 days. The host is very responsive to any and all questions. The condo is very clean and is perfect for 2 couples. The Sunrise view from the outside patio is outstanding! Highly recommend!
