You may not bring smokers or have smokers visit you or enter the property, as smokers bring smoke residue inside because tobacco smoke clings to their hair and clothing, which would then cling to our furniture, walls, and bedding.

* Several blocks down the beach to the left, there is a rental company that rents deluxe chairs and cabanas by the day.

We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment. The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay according to CDC guidelines. All beds feature environmentally-friendly, washable coverlets that are freshly laundered for every new reservation.

Sleeps 6 in 3 queen beds (two queen beds in the master bedroom and one in the second bedroom) with luxury memory foam mattresses. If you have a larger group, we also own Oceanway 203 immediately next door.

IRB is located south of Clearwater Beach and north of St. Pete Beach, but most visitors think it's better than both! Once you discover IRB, you may never want to stay anywhere else!

We are "owner-operated," which means you'll have direct access to us, and not a "management company" that manages hundreds of rentals. This is one of only 2 rental properties we own at Oceanway. If you want to adventure a bit further, take a short 1.4-mile ride to enjoy a day of fun for all ages at Splash Harbour Water Park. Head up the coast just 5.8 miles to world-famous Clearwater Beach and Clearwater Aquarium, or down the coast 15 miles to St. Pete Beach.

Getting Around:

You will not need a car for this vacation. Besides being directly on the beach, you will be within walking distance of everything you need, including one of the best restaurants in the country, Guppy’s on the Beach, voted a Top 100 al fresco dining restaurant in America! Just past that is a small grocery store for all of your basic shopping needs. For more heavy-duty shopping needs, there is a Publix supermarket 1.7 miles away, and both Publix and Whole Foods deliver directly to the front door.

Our 2nd floor condo unit is cleaned and sanitized between stays according to CDC guidelines. Additionally, we have environmentally-friendly bed covers that are changed and laundered with each reservation. All our beds have thin washable blankets/coverlets. We have two sets for each bed and our housekeeper takes the just-used set home each week and washes/sanitizes them, and puts on a fresh set of covers for each reservation.

Luxury beach-front condo (we provide 6 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, plenty of beach towels, and a large wagon to easily carry everything to the beach). Easy elevator access, 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with washer and dryer in unit. If you have a larger group, we also own Unit 203 immediately next door.
