when I arrived I was informed that the elevators were not working and I had no first floor room/ someone should have contacted me so I could find another hotel. The desk clerk called the courtyard hotel and tried to make a reservation but only made it for one day and when I arrive at courtyard, they couldn't find my reservation which was just made and i had an e mail. though

Good hotel, kind staff, clean room, good breakfast. We arrived at the hotel at night, we really liked the woman at the check-in desk, she was very professional and friendly, it is very rare to find such check-in desk staff in US hotels, most of them are rude and unprofessional.
