Gorgeous Hideaway on the Beach-Crescent Beach Club

Important Notice - Balcony renovations are taking place at Crescent Beach Club I through October 2026. Guests may hear intermittent construction noise on weekdays during daytime hours as work progresses on the north‑side balconies. Our balcony has been completed and reopened as of April 2026. For the most current information on scheduling and how it might affect your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Breathtaking views from this recently remodeled modern one-bedroom, 1020 square foot condo right on the beach with a spectacular 12th floor 180-degree vista of the Gulf. The bedroom and family room overlook the balcony that includes bistro tables and chairs. The spacious full kitchen is outfitted with under-cabinet lighting, high-end stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops throughout.

The large master suite is tastefully decorated and furnished with a super-comfortable king-size mattress and box spring and a huge walk-in closet. There is also a pullout queen bed in the family room couch. Wireless internet access and HD cable TV over two flat screen TVs is also included with a Roku on the main TV. The condo also features a front-load washer and dryer and ceramic tile throughout the entire unit.

This unit is located in a beautiful, well-kept building on Sand Key. Watch sailboats and dolphins swimming from your kitchen and view breathtaking sunsets right from your patio. If work-from-home is required, a small office offers a view of Clearwater Harbor that includes a daily sunrise as a bonus. The wide sandy beach is perfect for strolling, shelling, or just relaxing (no streets to cross, just take the elevator downstairs). Four of the top-rated Tommy Bahama beach chairs with beach towels and an umbrella are included for your exclusive use during your stay. Crescent Beach Club offers a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, billiards room, two hot tubs (indoor & outdoor), and four new BBQ grills among the included amenities. Clearwater Beach nearby was rated America's #1 beach for 2019, 2018 & 2016 by a well-known major travel website. St. Pete Beach (2021 #1 beach, 2019/2016 #4 beach), Siesta Key Beach (2011 top US beach, 2024/2018 #2 beach), Caladesi Island (2008 top beach), and Fort DeSoto Beach (2005), are easily accessible by car.

The complex is walking distance from shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The town of Clearwater Beach is a short five-minute drive and is also accessible by trolley. Clearwater Beach offers a variety of shops, restaurants, beach bars, and charter fishing. Clearwater/St. Petersburg airport is less than a twenty-five-minute drive, and Tampa International Airport and Mall are 40-45 minutes away. Tampa boasts one of the nation’s finest aquariums, Busch Gardens, the Hard Rock Casino, and the historic Ybor City area featuring restaurants, eclectic shops, and nightclubs. Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World are a two-hour drive away.

After a long cold Midwest winter, escaping to the beach was exactly what we needed-and this condo made it even more special. Paul's communication and attention to so many details about the condo and the area was excellent! From the second we arrived, we were so impressed with how every detail was thoughtfully done, and the decor throughout the condo was beautiful, comfortable and stylist! There wasn't one thing we needed with the exception of a grocery delivery! We will definetly book again when we get back to the Clearwater area. HIGHLY recommend this condo looking for the perfect beach getaway!

My husband and I had the best stay here! It was the cleanest and nicest condo we have stayed at in florida. Paul stayed in communication with us when we had questions and provided a super helpful email with recommendation for restaurants, attractions and condo access. Very well decorated and loved having 2 bathrooms with shower and big kitchen. The private beach was also a huge plus and it felt like we were the only ones there! Best part of the trip!

The pictures did not do it justice. Fantastic location, no crowds on beach. This is a can’t miss location, and the property owner was awesome with quick answers to my questions and way more local info than I can use. So many great recommendations for local restaurants and places we could not try them all. Wife said she just found her new Happy Place. Will be back. Comfy bed also.

The pictures don't do it justice. The condo is surprisingly spacious, very clean, has high-end appliances, and a BEAUTIFUL view from the balcony. The pool area and beach are very easy to access and very quiet and relaxing. A quick drive over to Clearwater Beach if you're looking for more "action" and/or marina activity (boat tours, jet ski rentals, etc.), restaurants, nightlife. Highly recommend if you want mostly quiet/peaceful setting with early bedtime but still have the option to drive five minutes for more hustle and bustle.

Exceeded Expectations

This property was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed. The location was great. We were not in the thick of all the Clearwater Beach crowd. Great restaurants within walking distance. The decor of the condo was beautiful. The furniture was comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in in any rental or hotel we have ever stayed. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach was clear, clean, not crowded and the pool in the morning was so nice. We honestly have nothing but good things to say about our stay. My husband had to do some work while we were there and the built-in desk area was awesome. He had a nice view of the harbor. Made it so much more bare-able.Thanks for a great week on a beautiful beach. Could not have asked for more.
