Check in and out very easy. Location was great, loved the balcony for early mornings and wonderful sunset views. Walking distance for food and shops. Condo was very clean and nicely stocked, pool area nice and clean. Absolutely would stay here again!

Lovely Lovely!

We have stayed at Pass a Grille many years, but this was a first at this condo. It was lovely all around. The beach view and access from this spot are terrific and the pool right outside the “back door” very convenient (and protected from the wind). We hope to return next year!

Beautiful beach location!

We have stayed in Pass-a-grille each summer for a few years - this apartment is special. It has a balcony on the second floor so we could sit out and watch the ocean. There are restaurants and little shops within a block. It is possible to do other things in the area as well. We really enjoyed our time in this unit and hope to return next year

Pass-a-grille vacation

This property is perfectly set across from the ocean. The balcony offers a beautiful shaded view of the each. The unit was clean and comfortable with just the right simple offerings of things you need to be comfortable. The location is amazing and we were able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The pool was quiet and clean. Overall just one of the best relaxing vacations we’ve had

Beach Club Unit Six

The property is in a great location, have stayed there several times, i trips handled the logistics, had a couple issues, the ice maker leaked the kitchen sink faucet had problems, just sent a text and everything was taken care . the pool furniture needs to be replaced and the pool light needs repaired, All said this is a great property and will be back, Highly recommend this unit.

Roomy, conveniently located Beachside paradise

This condo perched over Gulf Way right on the sea. What a surprise this little community was!! The residents of this island community were so welcoming. We also met many who travel here and stay months at a time yearly. There is a little park on the beach with music, beach chairs, concessions, and twice during our stay artist vendors sold their wares. We walked the community and saw wild parrots and dolphins close up. The condo was in the center of all activities. It was very roomy and provided good space for relaxing during a rainy weekend. This condo was a short drive to Ft. DeSoto Park and many other activities if you could tear yourself away from the wonderful beach neighborhood of Pass A Grille. Then there is a beautiful heated pool area sheltered by the building in your own oasis. The guests in the condo building were also frequent quest yearly. We felt fortunate to have stayed in this condo and witnessed the sunsets of a lifetime.

We love it here!

This is our second stay here and we love it. Very close to the beach, kids loved the pool. Beach gear/towels in room meant less packing for us. Can't wait to come back next year.

CONDO/LOCATION GREAT

The condo is very nice and have stayed here multiple times. The only negative is the pool is never swept well and the skimmer baskets were crammed full with palm leaves and bugs. The lounge chairs are worn out and look terrible.

Overall the property was nice, but...

We've stayed in this complex before under (different unit) and previous ownership. We love the location and the units proximity beach and restaurants. The unit was nicely furnished with most of what is needed for your stay. Sitting on the lanai drinking coffee, having lunch, or an evening cocktail with a view and the sunsets can't be beat. Some minor issues. The cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom has some mold growing in the caulk and grout lines and needed more towel racks for hanging towels, washcloths and wet items. For a weeks stay the supply of towels was great but we could have used a few more washcloths. After turning on the water in the tub faucet it was a rusty color, but finally faded after running about 30 seconds. The bed was weight warn with peaks and valleys and wasn't comfortable for me being older. Woke up with lower back pain from a soft bed. The sheets were not tight fitting and kept pulling off overnight. The carpeting was in bad need of shampooing or replaced entirely as it was stained and dirty. Sadly we had broken a wine glass and we appreciate the management's understanding since it was accidental. The washer had musty smelling being a front loader. We have a front loader at home. Mold and musty smell is indicative when the door is shut not allowing to dry and air out after washing. It should be propped open to prevent that musty smell from occurring. We ran some bleach through a wash cycle to eliminate it, but part of maintenance it should be done periodically for prevention. Overall, still a great property and we would stay again as we cannot knock the property for these minor issues, just some TLC. We certainly want to be honest in our review. We highly recommend to others to stay at this location. Thank you for stay.
