Based on the price that we spent for our night stay I expected much better. We were woken at 3 AM to a fire alarm and had to evacuate, by the time we got back inside and back into bed could not sleep. (no fire, false alarm, were told that maintenance was being done and set off the alarm ) the next day was ruined due to being very tired. We tried to make the best of our day and spent all day away from our room when we arrive back later that night we came back to the room exactly the way we left. Beds were not made and no fresh towels. No housekeeping. When I called the desk and asked why we did not get this service, He said that they only do room service every second day now, And that somebody at check-in must have forgot to inform us of this. I expected way better. Hilton, you need to do better than this.! Very disappointed
