Holiday Villas II, a popular beachfront destination on the serene sands of Indian Shores, has so much to offer - a large heated pool, a deck with loungers, tables with umbrellas, bathrooms in the pool area, grills, and a rinse station. Not to mention an amazing soft powder beach ready for playing beach volleyball, soaking in the warm Florida sun, or swimming in the clear waters of the Gulf. The perfectly updated condo has a living/dining area that is spacious enough for the entire family. Want to wind down with a good movie? The living room has a cozy reclining sofa and chairs for everyone to enjoy the show on the big TV. The gorgeous new kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and every cooking and entertaining need. There is a 6 person dining table and a breakfast bar so everyone can enjoy dinner together. The master bedroom has a King size bed, a ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. The updated en-suite main bathroom has an inviting tub/shower combo and a vanity with granite counters. The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and bunk beds (2 Twin size beds), a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. The remodeled hallway bathroom also features a tub/shower combo. The balcony is furnished to allow for more relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the Florida breezes. This is the perfect place to unwind from an activity filled day out on the beach. 32year Wedding Anniversary get away

Nice property. You must download the Vrbo app to get all codes(pool,stairs,beach,elevator,parking spot#). The Condo and patio was super clean. It was stocked with so much cooking utensils. Check all cabinets before you go shopping. You may only need to buy food. I wish there were blackout curtains in the bedrooms. I wish the balcony was on the beach side. We were still able to see beautiful sunrises from the balcony. The courtyards are really loud and the grounds keeper wakes you up each morning around 9am with his leaf blower. The location was perfect. Not too busy, just right and close to attractions. Both towel bars were loose, so handle with care. The owner was very thoughtful to make this family oriented. There were games and books. Beach gear in the patio closet. I loved that the mattress in both rooms were very comfortable. Perfectly decorated for a beach getaway. I love visiting the Gulf beaches. I would definitely book this Condo again. Thanks for a great memorable trip.

florida trip

I picked out the condo specifically from the description and pictures online. The recliners and beds were comfortable. The area definitely seemed smaller than listed, although I didn't measure. It is listed as sleeping six, and I am glad we didn't try to fit all six of us in there. The inside of condo was not clean, and needs repairs. The exterior spaces were run-down. Pool heater wasn't working for part of stay. Area is very noisy.
