Checking in and out is very easy. Location is great. The property manager was very responsive to any question and concerns we had durning our stay. Condo was exactly as advertised, everything was very clean and comfortable. The beach was a 5 minute walk and was beautiful, we also enjoyed the complex pool. The Kayaks, chairs and paddle boards in the garage are a great touch! We really enjoyed our stay.

Property is close to beach access and beach is gorgeous. Pool was nice and in the sun all day. Unit is stocked well enough for cooking and is very clean. My only negative is dealing with Vacasa the property's manager. It would have been nice to talk to a person who was local when we had a few minor issues.

The whole renting the condo was an overall great experience!! My husband and I love Indian Shores. Quiet and relaxing area. Beautiful beach, really good restaurants and our condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Also, the condo was immaculately clean.

Fun and easy access to everything

We love Indian Shores and this location was great! Easy access to the beach and intercoastal dock was perfect. My grandson fished everyday and we were able to see manatees and Atlantic stingray from the doc. There is a family of raccoons living under the pool deck that were also entertaining. Overall a great experience. The lack of communication from Vacasa regarding the roofing construction was frustrating, loud, and a serious safety concern. Please do better Vacasa
