Discover our beautifully restored 1925 retreat nestled in the heart of historic Downtown Pass-a-Grille—America’s smallest beach downtown. This listing is for Units 7 and 9, two ground-level suites located within La Tortuga, a boutique property comprised of nine uniquely styled vacation rentals.

Each suite is thoughtfully designed with hand-selected furnishings, smart flat-screen TVs with Hulu, and stylish kitchenettes featuring retro refrigerators, ovens, stoves, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and all the essentials for both short and extended stays.

These two beautifully appointed suites comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Units 7 and 9 each feature a plush king bed and are equipped with dishwashers for added convenience. These suites also feature conjoining doors, providing both privacy and easy access for larger groups traveling together.

Both units are located on the ground floor for easy access.

Shared Amenities
While your unit is private, guests of all nine La Tortuga suites share access to all outdoor amenities including the washer and dryer.

The shared upstairs balcony offers four inviting lounge chairs and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for casual evening hangouts. The downstairs shared pool area features a gated swimming pool, outdoor dining space, and comfortable loungers for soaking up the sun.

We’re excited to offer complimentary bikes for you to enjoy during your stay, available on a first come first serve basis. Explore the area at your own pace and make the most of your time with us. Happy riding!

With one parking spot provided per unit and complimentary Wi-Fi, your comfort and convenience are our utmost priorities. Most of our units comfortably accommodate two adults, except for unit 8, which generously sleeps four.

For your peace of mind, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate pets. A signed contract and a valid ID are requisite for check-in, and for your safety, exterior cameras and shared hallway cameras diligently record audio and video 24/7. Please be mindful that climbing stairs may be necessary to access certain areas of the property.


Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the washer and dryer occupy the second floor, requiring stairs for access. Units 6, 7, 8, and 9 reside on the ground level. Please be aware that none of our suites are ADA compliant, as the building is a cherished relic from 1925, steeped in historical significance in Pass-a-Grille, Florida.
