You will find a trundle bed in the common area, which allows this beach home to sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. We had a great time staying in your condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening listening to live music across the causeway. The beach on the other side is beautiful. The heated pool and both hot tubs were amazing. The staff at the gate were very nice and helpful.

The elevator didn't work.The hot tub was broken.And there's a hidden fifty dollar fee for parking. Nice location other than that.The fourth floor without an elevator really sucked my wife is recovering from ligament surgery, that should have been disclosed along with the 50 parking fee

Great Property! We will certainly consider returning!

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for two couples and having two king size beds was great. Beds and linens were excellent. The master bathroom was very spacious and (wow) bright!! The view of the Intracoastal Waterway was very relaxing and beautiful. We loved sitting on the balcony. The only issue was the cleanliness of the floors. That said, when we brought the issue up to the property manager, Karen, she came over the next day and personally cleaned the floors thoroughly. She even brought over extra towels as an apology. The location of the property was outstanding with many restaurants and shopping close. Lands End was a great place to stay. We will definitely consider returning.

Quiet, tranquil gated community surrounded by water.

Great location, very well maintained and secure property with very friendlygate keepers. Condo was very clean, comfortable mattresses, kitchen well stocked. Nice balcony furniture, great water way view and a very short walk to the gulf. Hope to be back next year. Little confusion from rental company regarding checking process.

Lands End was a great location to stay and our unit was awesome! It had everything you need for a trip, just pack you clothes... Ready for the beach, pool and kitchen ready to be cooked in. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Perfect location at end of island

Clean unit in beautiful complex. Great pool and beach. Because beach is at the end of the island, it is very quiet but if you want some lively beach bar vibes, Caddy’s is just a mile walk down the beach. We have visited Lands End many times and this is a nicely appointed unit. Highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay

We had a wonderful stay. It was clean and had a nice view. The beach was a five minute walk and the pool and hot tub were even closer and on the way to the beach. Very convenient and private area. We'll be back for sure.

Relaxing and low key

Nice property, nothing fancy but for Treasure Island it was nice and felt very clean. I’d compare it to a 3 star hotel. The one issue I would note is the temperature in the Master bedroom. I stayed in the second room and the temp was okay for me (although the minimum of 73 is not my preferred sleeping temperature and it did get a bit warm for my comfort - would’ve liked to have known that before booking, if it was mentioned somewhere I didn’t catch it), but the Master bedroom was like a sauna. I don’t know if the patio access had something to do with it - didn’t have the same problem in the living room, which also has patio doors - and my friend who stayed in that room was a good sport and somehow tolerated it, but if it was me I wouldn’t have lasted the first night. It was easily 76-78 even first thing in the morning. Parking was good, although it seemed odd that the $10 fee wasn’t built into the overall rates. There was private beach access, which was nice, but we preferred going into the public beaches with restaurant access, which were a mile or two down the road. The area itself wasn’t very walkable/accessible to any restaurants or nightlife. There were options nearby and right across the waterway, but nothing you could reach without a car or boat. Quiet area of the island, and the restaurants across the water had plenty of outdoor music that we could hear from our balcony but the noise ordinances kept them from playing late into the night. It was pleasantly situated overall.

Spring Break for a family

Beautiful condo! Location was steps from the beach and overlooking the intercostal. Sunrise and sunset accessible. Loved being in the end of the island. Teens took advantage of tennis courts and long boarding into town. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grill. The entry can be tricky and make sure you know your unit number when you arrive to avoid a bit of hassle at the gate. Owners communicated well and all was settled easily.

Review

The place was nice. The ice make does not work. There was no kitchen trash can. There is no place for the silverware in the dish washer. The guest bedroom sheets were not clean. We had to change those sheets. There was urine on them. Instructions on parking pass were incorrect. Guard at gate was rude. View is incredible.
