Top Rated Downtown Dunedin condo! Do you love downtown Dunedin? If so, be part of the downtown with this 2 bedroom apartment ON MAIN STREET above Sterling Wine store. New slim a/c unit has been installed in the living room which provides heat & air. Second floor unit is in the back of the building so it is quiet but no elevator. Recently remodeled including professional decorating and high end furniture from stores such as Z Gallerie. Master includes a king bed, large closet and plenty of dressers/storage. Guest room has twin over full bunk bed and large dresser as well. Dunedin is a quaint little town full of shops and delicious restaurants. Saturday market, festivals, a marina and so much more! The Pinellas Trail is a block away for traversing the county by bike or foot! Assigned parking space in adjacent lot. Utilities included. Inside washer & dryer (closet). Perfect location in the middle of town, and close to family. Very clean, and kitchen well stocked. Bed is comfortable. This is second time here and hopefully will be available for future visits.
