Welcome to `The Pink House`, your Gulfport getaway! This charming 3-story home sleeps up to 10 guests and located in the heart of Gulfport. The location offers a short walk to the beach, marina, restaurants, shops, and Tuesday Market. With 3 spacious bedrooms, full kitchen, and bright décor, it is great for families or groups looking to relax and enjoy what Gulfport has to offer.
** Please note there is some ongoing construction in the area as the community recovers from last year`s storms.

This space is designed for those who want to have a fun Gulfport experience enjoying great views and the perfect location. You`ll have plenty of space to spread out with the open living area featuring a bar and balcony views. A spacious open kitchen and dining area to prepare and share meals in the fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous countertops and new appliances. You will spend most of your time unwinding as you watch boats cruise by on the waterfront bay, enjoying a beverage from the custom wet bar on to one of 3 balconies, all fully furnished with a variety of comfortable seating. In addition, the house boasts several TV`s for all your entertainment needs.

After your fun-filled day, you`ll appreciate a good night`s sleep in the 3 relaxing and spacious master suites all appointed with comfortable bedding and soothing atmosphere. The King suites each have a balcony, full bath and large closets and are situated on the 2nd floor. One of the bedrooms has a twin bed with a trundle to have 2 twins or can be fashioned into an additional King. One of the suites also offers a private office area, designed to meet the needs of remote working guest.

Guests have access to the entire home and property.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

This quaint and historic town is extremely walkable with restaurants, bars and activities all around. You won`t need to leave the neighborhood to keep yourself entertained day and night. However, the white sand and world famous beaches of St Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille Beach and Treasure Island are just 10 minute trip!

- The responsible party booking and staying at this home must be 25 years or older.
- We allow pets with pre approval only. We also have a pet fee of $150 that will be charged to bring a pet. Please let us know in advance!
- Though this is in a fun-filled and energetic area, this high end home is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat this home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc...
- No horse-play or excess weight in the elevator, follow posted weight limits for your own safety.
- The hot tub, paddle board, kayak, fire pit, grill, outdoor furniture are available to be used at your own risk.
- Cushions should be brought in when not in use, there are deck boxes for your convenience. Cushions may blow away if not secured.
- The awning on 3rd floor balcony must also be put down whenever it is not in use, winds or stormy weather can pop up quickly and cause damage.
