Come relax and enjoy your stay in this beautiful, well appointed and family friendly 5-level town home! We are located on Clearwater Beach, just 200 flip flops (600 feet) from the best beach in Florida!

Watch the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of America while relaxing in the hot tub or grilling out up on the rooftop terrace! Your private elevator takes you to all 5 floors. Great care has been taken to decorate and provide you with everything you need for your perfect vacation retreat. This luxury, extra clean, “home away from home” has an oversized double garage, 4 bedrooms (1 king/2 queen/1 full/1 set of twin bunk beds), includes all linens, even beach towels! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and toothbrush!!

Luxury features: granite counter tops in kitchen and baths, gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, outdoor living furniture, private rooftop hot tub, cable TV, Wi-Fi hi-speed internet. Infant/children items are also available: highchair, pack n play, baby safety gate, beach toys, wagons, etc..

The rooftop has everything for your convenience - outdoor living furniture, private rooftop hot tub, and grill. Start your day with visions of a beautiful sunrise in the east over Clearwater Harbor and the Inter coastal waterway and enjoy the evening breezes, twinkling lights and spectacular sunsets over the beautiful Gulf of America!!

Beach items are also provided for your convenience: beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, wagons and a 'sand cart' to haul it all to the beach!! Brand new pickleball courts right across the street so there are some paddles and balls supplied in garage.
There is a wonderful playground right across the street for the little ones and one block down a really fun community pool (open mid-March - late September). If you bring your receipt showing you're stay at the property, you can get half off the entrance fee. Bring a cooler and have a ball!

This is our secret vacation getaway in Clearwater Beach! These townhouses are absolutely perfect for our large family vacations. Plenty of room for our 4 adult, sometimes 5 kids group, with enough breathing room so no one feels couped up. The kitchen and baths are all well put together, off street parking for 2 vehicles, ADA friendly with small private elevators, and nice rooftop deck with hot tub to enjoy the nearly 360* view of the gorgeous Clearwater Beach island north of the Pier. We really enjoyed our stay at the property, particularly the rooftop area. The views of the Harbor and Clearwater Beach are wonderful. The elevator was so nice to have as we had elderly family staying who do not navigate stairs well. Will definitely stay at this property again!

This was a great property from which to walk to the beach and restaurants. Enough space for us all but cosy at the same time.
