I am so glad i didnt listen to the negative reviews. This was such a great hotel for our family of four. I would advise for anyone that wants a reasonable price, great location, quiet pool area, walkable to beach, pier, restaurant book your room and choose a room with the view. My kids enjoyed watching the sunset everynight..

Nice/ clean/ friendly staff. The only real complaint that I had was that the key card system needs updating- no matter what I did, my key cards would de-activate and we had to get the front desk to fix them at least 2x a day.

The location is fantastic and plenty of parking. The hotel itself is very dated. Brown carpets and red and yellow walls… the breakfast was passable. Our floor was the 10th which is the same as the rooftop bar which is open to the public. The access door to our hallway was broken so anyone could walk down it if they wanted to, so it didn’t feel really secure. Having said that, it was all fine for a 2 night stay - the location was great. Lots of noisy construction work going on nearby when we stayed, so if you are hoping for a quiet relax by the pool - this isn’t for you!

Went on jazz cruise from pier 60. Hotel was so convenient, walked over instead of trying to find parking at marina.

Our room was on the street side. The view was beauiful but it was sooo noisy. They obviously don't have very thick windows because we could hear alot and we were on the 10th floor! The other thing is they did not have a hot tub. Other than this the hotel was very clean and comfortable and convenient to most everything.

I thought it was a good value for the hotels in this area. The staff were very nice and did everything they could to make our stay great. Decent breakfast was included and we had a great view from our balcony!
