Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and stainless steel appliances. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite! All beds have been outfitted with cool gel memory foam mattresses so you can rest and relax in comfort.

Things to Know



Due to on site construction & improvements, the pool is unavailable Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, but is open for use after 4pm & all day on Saturdays & Sundays. The pool deck is available to lay out during closure hours, but the pool is not open for use. Improvements are expected to be completed in April.

**Serious Safety Issue and Poor Communication**I’m very disappointed with our recent Vacasa/VRBO experience. We specifically confirmed before booking that the balcony would be available for use — and that was a deciding factor in choosing this unit. When we arrived, not only was the balcony unable to be used, it was an extreme safety hazard. There was *no railing*, scaffolding ropes were hanging down from the roof, and the balcony door was totally unlocked, allowing easy access, all on the fifth floor.It was a very frightening experience. Upon arrival, we walked right out to the balcony in the dark, not realizing there was no railing. Fortunately, no one fell off, but it could have been a tragic situation. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous, especially for families with children.We contacted Vacasa immediately and were told someone would get back to us, but no one from the local team responded that night. After a night of frustration and concern, we finally got moved to a different unit the next day. While we appreciated the relocation, this should never have happened in the first place, the original unit should not have been listed or rented under those conditions.This experience caused unnecessary stress and lost vacation time. Vacasa needs to take responsibility for ensuring guest safety and for verifying that its listings accurately reflect the condition of the property. I hope this review helps prevent others from having the same experience.

Our stay was very pleasant, it could’ve been a bit better with laundry in the room or a working pool (which was out of anyone’s control). Other than that, we really enjoyed the convenience of this location and the easy access to the beach!

We had a great stay at this property. The view was amazing from the balcony and dining room. The price was great for the time we were there. Only complaint would be the coffee pots needed updated as both leaked all over the counter when you put water in them but that was a minor thing

I had an amazing stay at the rental condo! The view was absolutely stunning, with the beach and ocean just steps away, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. It is a true shame that the owners are still renting this condo out during construction. Nice condo great location, but all day starting at 8 am till 4ish there was not only audible, but loud vibrating the walls construction everyday!. DO NOT rent this place till construction is over....

Great location, nice condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo during spring break week. We were notified of the construction when booking and prior to our trip. Construction noise was as informed, but didn't interfere with our plans. We were amazed at how there were condos and houses all around, but not very many people on the beach. I do wish I had asked about the storage closet access - as we ended up buying three beach chairs and left them in the master closet for future vactioners. Our only dislike was the master bedroom mattress. It could really use a fluffy topper like in the other bedroom. Even though there is not a washer/dryer in the unit, there are some conveniently right outside the door. Be sure to bring quarters. All in all we had a great time, loved this location and condo.

Arriving views for a great price

Loved absolutely everything. Ran over to treasure Island to Crabbys on the pier on the second day. Love that. Loved the friendly tavern. There was a nice little coffee shop a half mile up the road with a little garden to sit in. That was nice. There was a restaurant we went to the first day. It was nice also. Good was good. The only bad thing I have to say is this, make sure you bring quarters because they want you to do your own beach towels, which I don't mind at all about picking up after myself. I understand that. Just a little heads up. 3.50 to do a load of beach towels, wash and dry. I wasn't angry about it. Just a tiny inconvenience.

Roach infested

I always like to give good reviews but this time, it was just too much. Although the condo appeared clean, it was infested with roaches. We killed at least 10 and the last morning when we got up before the sun and turned on the lights they were everywhere!!! Running inside the toilet bowl, in the kitchen sink, dozens of them running across the floors, it made me sick just thinking about them being in our food, clothes and beds! Also the first night our toilet was slow, by morning it wouldn't flush. We called Vacasa as directed and someone came within a couple of hours but was unable to fix it, he came back around 5:30 on Friday night to pick up his stuff and said he couldn't fix it and a plumber would have to come. I asked when he would be here and he said " I don't know, it's Friday night so I don't know if he will come tonight". He did not return that night nor the remainder of the trip, we never heard from anyone and when I sent a text message as directed I got a generic response saying no one was available at this time. We spent the remainder of the trip all having to share one bathroom. I spent an outrageous amount of money for 3 nights at the condo as a Christmas gift to my mom and daughter so that we could enjoy a special time together only to be disgusted, embarrassed and frustrated by the entire vacation. We've stayed at many VRBO type places and always had excellent experiencs, this was extremely disappointing. I sent a message stating I would like to speak to someone about my concerns however, as of today I have yet to hear from anyone. I am not the type of person to complain and I can overlook alot of things including a couple of bugs, but this was over the top when there are dozens of bugs and a toilet that never worked. I hope someone will contact me soon.

Needs TLC! Very disappointed.

The condo has a lot of potential. It just needs some major attention. On arrival, we noticed that the condo had not been cleaned well. There was sand everywhere - Kitchen counters, coffee table, kitchenette table, and floors. I had to sweep as soon as we got there to pick up the sand. You could tell that the condo had not had a deep cleaning in a long time. To make matters worse, we saw a roach crawl all over the kitchen counter! The master bathroom also had ants. The bed linens were super thin and pretty poor quality. The condo was not stocked with garbage liners and other kitchen essentials. Be aware that the bedroom windows face the exterior hallway of the building so light and noise filter through. The window in the bedroom with the two beds has duck tape all over it to block the light. A black out shade would solve the problem and look ten times nicer. The toilet paper holder in the hallway bathroom was completely rusted. Also, it looks like the owners did some renovating but didn't finish. There were missing baseboards throughout the condo. There were also exposed nails on the walls. The glass sliding door does not lock. When we got there, the glass sliding door was wide open. As my subject reads, with attention this condo could be really nice. I'm very surprised that Vacasa has this condo rented in this condition. I rented at another property for 4th of July weekend, and it was a totally opposite experience. This was not what I was expecting and was extremely disappointed. On a positive note, the view of the Gulf is beautiful!

Condo was clean, beds comfortable and view awesome. The beach was beautiful. Down side, one parking spot. All others have to park in public parking and pay, if you can find one. Condo hoh president meets you in the parking lot, telling you the rules, as if there are not enough signs posted. How you will be towed etc. The office is never open to obtain the parking pass you need, nor does anyone get back to you in a timely manner when you call the number. They say there is wifi but that wasn't true for us. All things considered we had a good time, but wouldn't rent there again, at least not with a group or if expecting company.

Great Long Weekend
