Welcome to Beach Please! This spacious and inviting two-story single-family home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Just 0.1 mile—or about a 3-minute walk—from beach access, it’s the ideal home base for enjoying sun, sand, and all that St Pete Beach has to offer.

The ground level includes parking and a small backyard area, a convenient spot to leave your beach gear as you come and go throughout the day. Upstairs the main living space features an open, comfortable layout with cozy recliner sofas, a dining table for four, and additional barstool seating at the kitchen counter. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a full family dinner to a quick snack for the beach. The home includes two private decks—one off the front and one off the back—perfect for dining or just relaxing and watching the St Pete Beach action go by. Please Note: Stairs are required for access.

The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and private bath with walk in shower, while the third bedroom includes another king bed, TV, and access to the balcony. A shared bathroom with tub/shower also available. Thoughtful extras throughout the home, washer/dryer for use and more make beach life easy and enjoyable here.

St. Pete Beach is a beautiful barrier island located just west of St. Petersburg, known for its miles of white-sand shoreline and laid-back coastal charm. This home is conveniently located near Upham Beach, one of many easy beach access points on the island. Whether you're into water sports or simply enjoying the sun, there are plenty of outdoor activities to keep you entertained—from renting paddle boards to renting scooters, bicycles, or mopeds. In the evenings, take a walk to Twistee Treat for some classic soft-serve ice cream, or stop by Rick's Reef, a local favorite for casual food and a cold drink. Just a short drive down the beach, you'll find a variety of dining and nightlife options including Buoys Waterfront Bar and Grill, Toasted Monkey, and Oyster Shuckers Craft and Draft.

To the North you can venture up through all of the barrier islands for more fun and adventure. Madeira Beach is about a 15 minute drive, a great afternoon trip to see all that John's Pass Village and Boardwalk has to offer. Keep going North and you will get to Clearwater Beach in about 40 minutes.
