Very spacious indeed! Fully equipped kitchen with a lot of commodities. Great location, right on a marvelous beach in a quiet spot.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and provided many cooking accessories. The balcony overlooked the inter coastal water way and was a great place to relax and watch many different types of boats come by. I would highly recommend this unit to rent.

Wonderful place!

This was a lovely unit with plenty of space for my husband and my 20 yr old son. We were right on the beach with a view of the waterway and could see boats travel up and down. The unit was decorated beautifully and had all the extras! Cheryl was so very helpful and answered the couple of questions I had right away! We would stay here again!

Great place

Nice renovated place. Comfortable beds, very clean, feels like home. Super close to the beach, with an intercostal waterway balcony view with the sunrise. The complex itself is in the process of being renovated. Great communication and responsiveness with the owners. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful condo and great location

We had a great vacation!! Was very central location, beach and pool were great. Sadly was construction going on that we were warned about. It was much worse than we anticipated. However, if construction was over we would definitely stay again! Host was excellent and answered right away and was very helpful!!

Spring Break

Great property and owner. Everything that was described was in the property. Kitchen was stacked with everything you could possibly use. Views were awesome, saw dolphins swimming in the intercostal while eating breakfast.

Lovely Vacation

Location was very nice. We loved that there was a pool and that it was right on the beach. It was close to groceries, shopping, bars, and restaurants. Glad the condo offers at least one parking spot. FYI - additional guests can only park across the street and down a block. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Communication and check in were very easy.

Great location a few issues

Location is great and owners are quick to respond. We had to check out early because of undisclosed construction noise. Cleanliness was poor and I sent pictures to the owners. The pull out couch had food, trash and stains on the mattress. The picture of the balcony on VRBO is not current. They do not show the A/C unit that is in the balcony and it is large and unsightly. We did get a portion of our money back for the cancellation due to the noise. One of the owners was not pleasant to speak with. VRBO was great in handling the situation for us and they have all the pictures of the cleanliness issues.

Great Place

We had a great time staying at this condo. The property owner reached out ahead of time to let us know about possible construction noise. There was very little noise when they were working and it didn’t affect our stay at all. Cheryl was very easy to work with and is very responsive. The condo was very clean when we got there. It is in a great location for all of your shopping needs and restaurants are close by. The place was well stocked with things we needed. The pool was great and it was nice to have the beach so close. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our week at Cheryl’s condo! She was always very quick to respond to any questions and thorough in her responses. She reached out to us months before our trip to let us know about construction going on in the building, which we really appreciated. It was no inconvenience at all during our week there. There were several really nice beach chairs, coolers ect to use, which was a huge help! The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. Furniture and beds were all really comfortable. There is only one elevator in the building and could be slow sometimes, but there were steps right outside the condo door. It was so nice just having a short walk to the pool or beach!
