When you walk into the unit, you`ll be greeted by a beautiful breakfast nook that overlooks the modern touches of the unit. The living room with a very comfortable pull-out sofa and Smart TV will ensure your comfort is enjoyable. The fully furnished kitchen is right off the living room with everything you need to make your stay feel like you`re at home. It`s perfect for couples, families or friends! We`ve renovated a full bathroom with all the amenities you need.

Gorgeous natural lighting throughout the entire unit. There is a stackable washer and dryer off of the hallway, and the first bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed offering high quality sheets and ample closet space.

The second bedroom is located toward the back of the house, and has a King size bed, dresser, closet, and TV. This room also has access to the shared fenced in backyard with a fire pit, picnic table with umbrella, and string lights to lighten up the vibe at night!

Please note that the backyard is a spacious fenced in and shared yard. Keep in mind pets are allowed, so there is always a possibility that the other guest has a pet.
When using the firepit, please make sure to fully put it out after use.

If coming with a pet, please clean up your pet waste, there is a $50 charge for EACH pet waste found.
Extra pet waste bags can be found underneath kitchen sink.
