🔥 FIRE PIT NOTE
Firewood is not included but can be added for $25 per 1 cubic foot bag with 48 hours’ notice. If your stay is coming up sooner, feel free to ask — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Hot Tub Usage: Please keep the hot tub cover on when not in use. After using the hot tub, clean any debris or dirt from the water and the tub area.

Grill Usage: If you use the grill, make sure to clean it after use, ensuring it`s ready for the next guest.

Furniture Arrangement: Return all furniture and items to their original positions as you found them upon arrival.

Dishwasher: Before your departure, please run the dishwasher with any used dishes, glasses, and utensils. Ensure all dishes are either in the dishwasher or put away.

Trash Removal: Take out the trash before leaving and dispose of it in the designated bins. If it`s a designated trash day, place the bins by the curb.

Compliance with Laws: Ensure you follow all state and local laws, including noise ordinances, safety regulations, and any other applicable regulations.

Guest Count: Do not exceed the maximum number of guests specified in your reservation. If you plan to have additional visitors, please inform the host in advance.

Noise and Respect: Be respectful of the neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially during quiet hours, which are typically specified in the house manual.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you smoke outside, dispose of cigarette butts in designated containers and not on the ground.

Check-Out Time: Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Please ensure you have vacated the property by this time.

Damages: Report any damages or issues immediately to the host. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
