I’ve been visiting the area for spring training for about 20 years, but typically stayed in Clearwater beach. This year I decided to look down the beach a little further and I am glad I did. The Condo was exactly as advertised. The interior of the condo was fresh and well kept. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the washer and dryer look brand new. The deck outside the condo is spacious and has a great view of the inland waterway. If you like to watch the sunset, there is an outside deck on the 6th and 7th floors that have a panoramic view of the inland waterway and the beach, perfect to watch the sunset. Typically you get a pool with your condo, this place has a water park with 4 daily passes! Parking and access to the condo was very easy. There are also several great bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The hosts, Stephanie and Trent answered all of my questions as quick as I could ask them. Would definitely rent here if you’re looking to stay in the area.

The host was very responsive. Love this location, a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The check-in process was a little confusing as I did not receive an email that I should have, that would have included the condo number, the code to enter, and wifi password. Unfortunately, after a 16 hour drive throughout the night we arrived to needing to clean. My kids immediately took off their shoes and socks and were running around barefoot and their feet were filthy. We had to sweep and mop the floors after going to the store to get cleaning supplies. There was also food splatters/ marks on the cupboards and down the fridge. The toilet was running when we arrived. We notified the host about the toilet and cleaning concerns. They got a plumber to come the next day, which was good but we were getting ready for the day when the plumber arrived, that was a slight inconvenience. The cleaning was very disappointing as this is a vacation that we have to save up for, and being exhausted from a long drive, the last thing I want to do is pay for a place that I need to spend time and money cleaning. The rugs throughout the condo looked dirty and when moved, there was sand underneath. The bed linens also did not smell very clean so we ended up washing the beds for our own ease of mind. This was a great location and love the option to spend time at the Waterpark.

Perfect for families

Our family had an incredible stay here. The condo was perfectly clean, had everything you’d need for a good trip, and felt like home. We loved sitting on the porch and watching dolphins, boats and birds. The condo is located in a perfect location if you do not want to rent a car. We took the trolley to St Pete Beach and Clearwater. Our kids are 3 and 6 and they had no problems walking around and traveling the trolley. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and ice scream places within a few blocks, making this condo even better!We only got 1 full day at the water park, but it is a gem. Includes a bar, waterfront restaurant and lots of activities for the kids. We will be coming back!

A perfect getaway with kids!

We loved this condo! It was clean and spacious and you can’t beat the location. Having the waterpark just down the stairs was so convenient for a stay with young kids. The walk to the beach is truly 5 minutes. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance, as well. The “extra” amenities that aren’t typical for rentals (paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap!) made such a difference for traveling. The hosts were quick to respond to questions, as well. We will absolutely return!

Wonderful condo. Great service

Really nice condo. Great view over the water, nice bedrooms. With the waterpark the place is perfect for at vacation with kids. Beach only a few minutes away. CVS and nice restaurants also a few minutes away. Host extremely nice and helpful. Five stars all over from us. We will come back!

My family and I really liked the property, everything was perfect, the children were happy, we were surprised by the comfort of the apartment, nothing was missing, they have everything to spend an unforgettable vacation, the lady who cleans is very very kind and helpful. IRB Family Vacation

My family and I loved our time visiting Indian Rocks Beach. As first time visitors, we weren’t sure where to stay. Harbourside turned out to be a great central location to explore restaurants and beaches. The parking garage is very convenient to keep vehicles cool from the hot Florida sun. The water park was a nice bonus to use with family when our son needed a break from the beach. My partner and I enjoyed the attached Rum Shak and Jimmy Guana’s restaurant. Communication from Stephanie and Trent was flawless. Check-in and out were a breeze. We loved the fact that we didn’t have to bring hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, or beach towels (saved so much time and money flying). We definitely recommend this spot for families with children!

We were hesitant to stay at “holiday inn”. We were so pleasantly surprised. The view was amazing. I think I like the bay view better than ocean view. The condo was bigger than I thought it would be. Even used the washer and dryer and they worked great. We will definitely stay again.

Great location, great condo!

The location was wonderful, beautiful beach so close. The water park was so much fun for my kids, 9,7&5. The balcony was great-saw a dolphin first morning! The communication from the host was excellent. So many wonderful beach supplies for all! New washer and dryer was amazing! Comfortable beds and pillows! We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect for a family!

We traveled for April vacation with our three girls, ages 12, 8 and 14 months. The size of the unit was perfect and had a pack n play and high chair as well as beach gear for our use. Everything was extremely clean. There is a big deck where we chose to hang whenever we were there and watched the boats go by on the intercoastal. The water park was a perfect afternoon stop after going to the beach, which was a few blocks away. We read past reviews to find out about restaurants and local amenities which were all accurate. And last- but most important of all- the hosts could not be any nicer.

So happy to have picked the perfect place for our ladies weekend! Checked off all the boxes I always look for. Very clean, simple and nice decor, updated or new, simplicity, and easy instructions. The owners were very accessible and diligent with my questions. I loved that they have a beach wagon and everything you would need to take to the beach. All was great! A+

Perfect for families

We stayed over spring break with our family of 5(13,10, 8). It was perfect size for our family. The short, easy walk to the beach and access to a Waterpark made it the perfect location. We also loved relaxing on the patio over looking the channel.

Super place and great location

This property is outstanding. Immaculate and spacious. Great central location. Nice facility with pool, water slides and close to the beach. Host was responsive every step of the way, from booking through check-out. Will definitely stay there again.

Spacious, clean, and peaceful views!

Stephanie was amazing to work with very responsive and answered all of our questions. Very timely. The place was clean, bright and open. Very comfy beds, and comfy pillows. Location was perfect very short walking distance to the beach and having the wagons and chairs was very much appreciated. The porch was wonderful in the morning and the evening to watch the boats go by we even got to see some dolphins drinking our morning coffee. I was there with my sisters and 3 of our three of our children, and all of us had a great time.

Wonderful Stay at Indian Rocks

Stayed over New Years for a week at this property. Everything was great from communication prior to coming and during the stay. There were a few options to choose from on VRBO at this condo location, and I was debating which unit to choose from. After staying, I know that I chose the right one for a few reasons! The unit was nice and clean, 2nd bedroom had large beds and own bathroom as well. Large balcony overlooking the water and marina, that we had a few breakfasts on. The view overlooking the canal is definitely better than overlooking the waterpark which can get noisy and loud even at night with the bar. I don't mind the noise coming from a big city, but I can see how it might bother others, but I definitely enjoyed the peaceful views of the boats and water and would choose that again. Unit is also conveniently close to the elevator. The buildings laundry machines are next to it (although no one really used it since most units probably have their own laundry in unit like we did) - but it made it even quieter, since you didn't have any neighbours on the one side. Another bonus was the wagon in the storage unit - we used this for the beach. The beach very close to walk to, but with kids and lugging things to and from the beach it definitely makes a difference. The neighbourhood is nice, quiet and felt very safe. We drove into Clearwater a couple of times and although there is definitely a lot more action in Clearwater, it was nice to have a quiet retreat away from that. The waterpark was fun for my boys, 13 and 11 and we enjoyed it despite being there the coldest time of year, and therefore not too busy when we were there. Overall it was a great relaxing stay and we'd definitely be back!

Perfect family getaway for Thanksgiving

Everything was so pleasing about the entire condo/facility. Even had a screwdriver for when my 6 yr old locked herself into the bathroom ;-)
