Home includes an open floor plan family room, dining room that seats 8 and fully equipped kitchen including bar seating for 4, elevator to all levels, private in-ground spa, updated outdoor patio space and brand new gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon, parking for up to 4 cars and many other amenities. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Please dispose of all trash and food by placing trash bags in the bin(s) provided, and placed out by the curb.
If you have any dirty beach towels, please start a load of them in the washer before departing the home. Laundry detergent is in the cupboard of the Laundry room.
