We had a wonderful week long stay here. Our apartment was right on the inter-coastal. We looked out our living room and bedroom windows and just saw water. The place has plenty of closet and drawer space so it is easy to unpack. It is a great location just a few blocks from Clearwater Beach and the restaurants downtown. Parking is right out front and we never had an issue finding a space. Check in and Check Out was easy. There are new Pickle Ball courts a couple of blocks away if you have that interest. The apartment building was very quiet and there were no issues. The WiFi worked fine. We would definitely rent again if we are in Clearwater.

The facility was really nice and our unit was just right for my wife and me. We were right on the water. Hosts were great and very responsive. We are definitely planning to go back to this place!

.4th of July

.This apartment was perfect for me and my husband. Clean, location is perfect. We stay here on the 4th of July and seen the fireworks display from the water deck and didn’t have to fight the crowds down town! We also seen dolphins almost every morning swimming in the canal! I definitely will stay here again.

Rental on the water

Very happy with location. Loved being next to water and beach one block away. Many good meals but love The Beachcomber restaurant, very special. Bed was comfortable and extra blankets and pillows. Shower was aimed at the wall so very ez for water to leak on floor. Found out at check in that building was just painted and our east windows had plastic covering them the entire stay which was too bad. It was windy so they rattled like crazy.
