In Saint Remy de Provence, beautiful modern and Provencal villa renovated, near the center, offering a beautiful living space, a large garden and 4 bedrooms. Capacity of 10 people (11 with baby)
Air conditioner. Beautiful new inground pool of 10 x 4 m.
Bed linen, house and towels provided.

5 minutes by bike from the city center of Saint-RĂ©my-de-Provence,
20 minutes from Avignon TGV station,
50 minutes from Marseille Provence International Airport


THE HOUSE :

The villa Crousadou is located in the countryside, without vis-Ă -vis. It is a house whose assets are numerous; the proximity of the center of the village 4km (5 minutes by car), its leisure facilities such as petanque, large playground for children, WIFI ...

On two levels, about 160 m2, nice living room with nice volume, with a contemporary and cozy decor, open on the dining room. Equipped kitchen. Two rooms on the ground floor, including a family for two adults and two children. A bathroom double basins with spa bath and walk-in shower, and separate WC are at your disposal. Laundry with washing machine. On the floor, two rooms sunny and cozy with a room of bath / WC. Air conditioning is present on this floor.


THE GARDEN :

Garden side, 1000 m2 and several relaxation areas are available to you. A covered terrace with summer dining room, a covered garden room overlooking the petanque, a new stone dining area in the middle of the garden. Barbecue. Finally, a large garden ideal for outdoor games and the sport of your children. All in front of the new inground pool of 10 x 4 m, its beach made of wood and stones.

A fantastic villa in a beautiful area!

We just spent 7 glorious days at Villa Crousadou! The photos do not do it justice. It is huge and well maintained. The pool was fantastic and the kitchen fully equipped. The AC came in handy during the heat wave. The Villa is only 7 minutes from the quaint town of St-RĂ©my de Provence. David was a very welcoming owner. I wasn’t certain how to checkin but I was able to reach him by phone and he explained it all. He came by that evening to show us around. Communication was very easy! We had an incredible time and I would come back in an instant. 5 stars!! The house has an extra bedroom so we had lots of space.

Spectacular propoerty

We loved David's house outside of Saint-Remy-de-Provence. The property and home are spacious and had everything we needed (and MORE). The pool was very appreciated after busy touring days in the heat as was the tranquility of the property. There is a lot to see in the area. We had a number of questions for David and he dealt with all of them quickly.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay

The whole villa was perfect in every sense. It was located in beautiful countryside and only a very short drive into the beautiful village for dinner at night. We needed a peaceful break which is exactly what we got, with almost no traffic noise whatsoever. It allowed us to completely chill out around the pool during the day and at night we were able to stargaze into the lovely clear night sky. Cathy was a great host and was very warm and welcoming. We hope to return very soon and we would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a spacious, family friendly location in the South of France.

Une vraie semaine de vacances! David a Ă©tĂ© d’un accueil gĂ©nial et d’une assistance parfaite. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able pour des amis avec des jeunes enfants, avec des Ă©quipements et une superbe piscine. TrĂšs bonne localisation pour profiter de St Remy et visiter la region. Fabuleuse propriété dans une belle région

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© de suite charmĂ©s par cette grande et belle propriĂ©tĂ©, situĂ©e au calme, avec ses beaux espaces extĂ©rieurs et sa piscine au top (nombreux transats, accessoires pour la piscine, pergola, table, chaises, douche extĂ©rieure) et qui est bien entretenue. Etant 2 familles lors du sĂ©jour, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ©s la configuration de la maison avec ses 2 Ă©tages afin d'avoir malgrĂ© tout chacun son intimitĂ© et son espace. Les Alpilles, une rĂ©gion magnifique Ă  visiter avec ces villages pittoresques. Saint-Remy-de-Provence n'est qu'Ă  5 minutes en voiture avec tous les commerces nĂ©cessaires. Nous remercions chaleureusement David pour son accueil, sa confiance, sa bontĂ© et pour les moments d'Ă©changes que nous avons pu avoir. Nous te souhaitons le meilleur et nous espĂ©rons pouvoir revenir dans la rĂ©gion un jour. Ce sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement agrĂ©able pour tout le monde et le dĂ©part n'en fĂ»t que plus difficile.

Familienurlaub mit Freunden

Wir sind mit einem befreundeten Paar fĂŒr eine Woche nach SĂŒdfrankreich gefahren. Unsere beiden Kleinen fanden das Haus auch super. Alle wichtigen Utensilien sind der KĂŒche vorhanden. Auch waren einige Spielsachen am Pool vorhanden. ZusĂ€tzlich gibt es zwei Badezimmer. Das Haus besitzt viele verschiedene RĂŒckzugsorte. Vor allem auch draußen.

Séjour trÚs agréable

Maison charmante, Ă  moins de 10 min en voiture du coeur de Saint RĂ©my de Provence. L'accueil Ă©tait parfait avec un hĂŽte d'une extrĂȘme gentillesse, la maison Ă©tait conforme Ă  la description de l'annonce, propre, au calme, bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et confortable. Fantastic house!

We spent a great week in David’s house near Saint-RĂ©my-de-Provence. The house is lovely and well-equipped. Everyone loved the pool (with disco lights) and the football area. The surroundings offer many activities such as biking, hiking, markets and culture. You can’t go wrong with this house. Like all places in summer: don’t forget to stock up on anti-mosquito spray.

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours idylliques dans cette magnifique maison et n’avons jamais Ă©tĂ© aussi bien accueillis! David a Ă©tĂ© un hĂŽte fantastique avec nous tout au long du sĂ©jour. Un vrai rayon de soleil! La maison est en tout point conforme Ă  sa description. Elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, mĂȘme pour les bĂ©bĂ©s. Elle est parfaitement bien entretenue et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t avec du mobilier de qualitĂ©. TrĂšs bien situĂ©e, beaucoup d’activitĂ©s Ă  faire en famille ou entre amis sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Tous les commerces dont nous avions besoin Ă©taient Ă  moins de 5 min en voiture ce qui est un vrai plus. Le jardin est superbe, bien exposĂ© avec beaucoup d’espace! La piscine est parfaitement entretenue ( nombreuses bouĂ©es disponibles) et mĂȘme l’eau est d’excellente qualitĂ©. Partir fut vraiment difficile pour toute la famille et nous avons hĂąte de revenir!

Excellentes vacances !

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine de vacances entre amis dans la villa Crousadou et nous avons Ă©tĂ© conquis! David Ă  Ă©tĂ© un hĂŽte incroyable, trĂšs rĂ©actif et plein de petites attentions. La villa est situĂ© au calme entre Saint-RĂ©my de Provence et Tarascon. Le cadre est top et il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison pour rendre vos vacances inoubliables! Nous recommandons fortement et espĂ©rons nous mĂȘme pouvoir revenir l'annĂ©e prochaine !
