Valet parking was EXTREMELY helpful because we had no idea where we were going in the first place and weather was bad so it was great that we didn’t have to worry about the parking situation at all. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the valet parking staff. Thank you so much for making this a very relaxing stay for us. "

"The room was absolutely amazing very spacious and very clean. The service at the bar/restaurant was subpar, and the food was not very good. The service by the actual hotel staff was absolutely amazing the entire time we were there, including the housekeeping staff. The restaurant staff couldn’t seem to handle the larger crowds for Christmas Day and the Vikings game. This was limited to the Umbra restaurant, not the hotel staff. We loved the filtered water stations outside in the hallways, including ice. Great location to US Bank Stadium. I just wish we wouldn’t have wasted money on the food we ate, including the terrible buffet on Christmas Day. "
