The best service!

The service was amazing...might have been the best service of any hotel stay I've had. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Location was convenient as well. It was pricey...and you have to pay extra for parking, but our stay was great.

Could have been better!!!

We tried to check in on line but it just said preparing for room for a half hour. So we had to go to the front desk to check in which was extremely slow and people cutting ahead of other people. When we finally reached the desk clerk after the check in time at 3 our room wasn’t ready so we had to sit in lobby and wait for that. We also had no choice but to pay $50 for valet parking at the hotel. It was convenient to walk to the US Bank Stadium but our room was very noisy with outside traffic etc. Also we were going to eat at the restaurant when we got checked in but when we went down to try to eat at 4:00 nobody was around so we had to find someone to see if it was open. He said yes so we seated ourselves and waited to be waited on because we were the first ones there. The person totally ignored us and just served the ones sitting at the bar. So we just got up and found a restaurant outside of the hotel. Being a Hilton I really thought the stay would have been better!!!

The rooms were really nice and cleaned and they give u free water at the start which is nice. The food is overpriced though , but besides that my stay was very enjoyable.

This property is a close walking distance to the Minneapolis convention center. It was very convenient for my event. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The pool was smaller but still enjoyable for my family.

Let me start off by saying the staff was lovely and were as responsive as they could be given the circumstances. Almost impossible to find - it’s the strangest location with no apparent parking (in their defense - parking was not promised but don’t plan on finding street parking anywhere nearby.) We had to change rooms three times before we found one that didn’t reek of pot. The staff was very apologetic and helpful in finding us a suitable room. Needless to say the clientele was a bit rowdy that weekend

The appearance to the lobby was terrible. The revolving door was very dirty as was the carpet. The pool was small and there was no hot tub. Furniture in the room was old. Front desk people were very helpful and courteous.

Upon checking in the front desk person was trying to charge me another day saying I was only being charge for 2 days when I was already being charged for 3 days. I have the receipt to show 3 days. Then they killed my card on Tuesday when I was checking out on Wednesday. I don’t know why but every time I go to a Hilton property there is always an issue.
