The stay was fine in a convenient location to First Ave. for a concert. Only minor complaint is that parking isn't included in the cost (I understand it may not be possible with the parking lot behind it is a public lot, however, that would be my only suggestion to improve the stay). Thanks!

My wife and I were in town for Sleep Token. Friendly staff. Hotel was updated and nice. Nice king room (320). It would have been nice if the shower didn’t have other peoples hair in it.. also was in my underwear when the cleaning person came in.. we were not checked out at the time.. she had wrong information on her sheet.. overall, it was an alright stay.

Considering the hotel was a block away from the homeless shelter and Salvation Army, you weren’t hassled or felt threatened from panhandlers. Still safe and clean area. The hotel itself was very surprising, excellent cleanliness, friendly staff, very clean rooms I was text every day asking if I needed the room cleaned or anything. I recommend this site to everyone

The hotel and staff was wonderful!!! However, this is not in the great part of town....homeless shelter around the corner, lots of homeless. Both days we were there the cops got called to the hotel. Again, the property itself is wonderful and the staff was great. We didn't have anyone approach us or anything stolen....but the opportunity is there...

I really would like a refund. There was loud music blaring 24/7 from the garage across the street. We had no remote control and when we asked the front desk they said the maids like to hide them and to keep looking. Then there was a violent brawl that took place for over an hour in the hallway that left blood on the walls. We called the front desk several times, and did not feel safe bought to leave our room. This was early Monday morning.

Really nice, clean hotel with very spacious rooms and a very convenient location for attending sports events. We were in town for two nights and it was very easy to walk to the Vikings game. The Twins stadium is very close by as well so a very easy walk home from that! Would very much recommend.
