I would have appreciated the option of a location change to a sister hotel. I was offered that option at 10:50 pm, but at that time of night, and being from out of state, I did not feel that was a safe option either. I did appreciate the flatbread that they made for me even though they were closing down due to the protest. I left very early the following morning and the coffee was not out (6:15). I have stayed at this canopy multiple times over the last 5 years, and I was disappointed. More communication around the protest and other viable options should have been presented to me at check in at 7:45 pm. Thank you

Beautiful hotel, love the decor and live band. Very clean, beds were made and clean towels every day. Only complaints were conditioner was completely out both days and you could hear sirens all night long.

It offered no room service despite the website saying it had room service. It offered no valet parking despite the website saying it did. Had no idea on Vikings game weekends they do not offer these services. Great location
