These modern, picturesque, waterfront condos features a floating aluminum dock with a designated boat slip for each unit and a private ground floor tackle storage locker for anglers. For those looking to kick back and relax, start your mornings off watching the sun rise with coffee on the balcony overlooking the scenic Steinhatchee River before unwinding in or around our riverfront pool.
Unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom and one queen size bed and a full/twin bunk bed in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom and living room comes complete with its own television.
Conveniently located just one mile from the Gulf of Mexico (five minutes by boat) on the south side of the river, condo units are situated right next door to Good Times Marina, which carries all of your fishing, boating and scalloping supplies.
Good Times Marina also houses the “Who Dat Bar and Grille,” where you and the family can enjoy great food and beverages – including cooking your catch at the end of the day!
If you love scalloping, fishing, or just relaxing on the water, this is definitely the place for you!

Considerable mildew in the shower, the front door code-lock did not work correctly and had to be replaced during our stay, the door from the living room to the balcony did not work. No soap.

Emily was a great communicator when it came to issues we had with the property. She had someone out within hours for two issues. If you are traveling with children, the top bunk bed railing is broken in two, held together with a pool noodle, which is not safe for smaller children. The biggest downfall was the second bedrooms TV did not work for the kids.

A really nice place in Steinhatchee. The property is as advertised, but the property manager was the best. She worked with me to solve a huge problem for which I am thankful!

Great place!

The decor was adorable, the beds so comfy and everything was very clean and stocked! I did not realize that there was no wifi here, so the kids weren't thrilled with that, but it was not listed as an amenity. Also the ice maker did not work in the freezer, so we had to go buy ice. Again, not a huge deal, just an inconvenience. But overall, an amazing weekend and we will definitely stay here again, very cute place!

Wonderful Location

The condo was extremely clean and looked exactly as pictured. Everything is supplied for you except food, clothes and shower toiletries which is fantastic not having to take your own pots/pans. Location is fantastic, literally a 5 minute boat ride to the Gulf. The weekend got a little busy with boats heading to the gulf. Fishing off the dock was great, caught lots of red fish, and trout. My only complaint was there was no Wi-Fi. A quick text to the realtor and I was given her Wi-Fi password. Really quick to respond back to me and make me a happy Black Friday shopper. Will definitely stay here again.

The amenities, location, price-all PERFECT. My ONLY complaint is the 2nd bedroom bed was awful~most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We would 100% stay again but I’ll bring some sort of alternative bed arrangements~at this price point I’d expect comfortable beds.
