One bedroom apartment Premium (4 people)-Capo Falcone Charming Apartments

The property, built in 2020, is located a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, “La Pelosa,” overlooking the National Park of Asinara Island.

The complex, with a contemporary design, consists of 54 apartments divided into 5 housing groups surrounded by gardens and features a brand new swimming pool; each apartment, finely furnished, can be on the ground floor with patio or on the second floor with terrace, both of which are equipped with table and chairs.

The one bedroom apartment 4 Premium has a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette with dishwasher and double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. It comes with air conditioning, dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi (partial use), kitchenette equipped with dishes, cutlery, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and capsule coffee machine ( purchased at the reception only).

Your stay includes: use of shared swimming pool, laundry area and shared BBQ space, private parking, use of bicycles subject to availability (deposit € 50.00); final cleaning, electricity, water, gas, and first supply of bed and bath linens.
Linens are changed every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights.

Upon your arrival, you will have to pay the following mandatory fees:
DEPOSIT: € 200.00, refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the condition of the apartment.
CITY TAX: compulsory for the municipality of Stintino (the amount may vary depending on the time of the year).

For any needs you may go to our reception office which will be open daily from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00.

Check-in is available daily from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled by 10:00; arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated to the property in advance. Failure to notify does not guarantee reception and an additional fee of € 50.00 may be charged.

Pets are allowed in our facility, except common areas. Their access is not allowed in the common areas. There is an extra cleaning fee of € 50.00 for their stay.

Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. A fee of € 50,00 will be applied for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste. The property complies with local waste separation regulations.
