We stayed here in total for 3 weeks awaiting my daughter’s apartment to be available for her semester abroad in Sweden. The price point was on par with small rooms on Airbn, but we got so much more at Time Plus. The breakfasts were amazing. Location was great for KTH. There is a grocery store in the same building which was hugely convenient when staying in a hotel for so long. It was easy walking distance to all major transportation as well as to the main pedestrian shopping street. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate choosing this hotel any time I stay in Stockholm.

Staff were excellent from letting us check in early to helping us arrange a late check out and car parking for a week. Breakfast was great. Really good variety of everything. Supermarket next door was handy. 10 min easy walk to the station to get into central Stockholm (4 stops or thereabouts). Great restaurants near the station and shopping options too. Very safe area. All the staff we dealt with were wonderful and had excellent customer service. Would recommend. (We had 2 x rooms for parents and teenagers.)

The property is in really good condition, the staff are nice and the rooms are really clean and spacious. I have 3 cons though, the room smelled moldy, the comforter is very uncomfortable and the location is a bit far from everything but also a walking distance from the bus stop and the metro station.

Disappointing

The initial receptionist was quite rude which i did speak to the manager about and he did apologise. The sauna wasnt working which was very disappointing and the tv in the room was not a smart tv which was very surprising for a 4 star hotel. Had to purchase from outside a HDMI cable costing 400 SEK. Pillows not comfy and room way too hot with no instructions how to turn heating down

The hotel is in a quiet residential area. It is very conveniently placed, an 8 minutes walk from a metro station, Odenplan, which doubles up as a large train station too. The metro takes you to T-Centralen in less than 10 minutes, the commuter train (number 40) goes to Arlanda airport in about 35 minutes and to Uppsala in less than one hour. We used the train twice, both times the journey went smoothly and ran on time. The hotel was very quiet, our room had a large window all along one wall, it was warm and had a large twin/ double bed with soft but comfortable mattresses. There were no cupboards as such, but shelves and hangers for clothes- this was quite sufficient. TV, WiFi, kettle provided too of course. The bathroom had a powerful shower. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is magnificent: plentiful, appetizing, varied. We found the staff friendly (nothing was too much trouble) and always working with a smile. The hall is airy and welcoming. Right next door to the hotel is a supermarket open from 7.00 to 23.00, and close by on the other side of the road is another supermarket too. We found the hotel and the non-touristy location to be just right for us. It was good to get away from the crowds after busy days out in museums and at various attractions.

I really enjoyed my stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows, simple and cozy room. The hotel overall is very nicely decorated and is clean and cared for. The private sauna was such a treat after walking in Haga Park. The breakfast spread is impressive and delicious. Would stay here again and recommend it for other travelers.

This hotel is amazing, in an easy neighborhood and with easy access to transportation. The lobby is modern and attractive, the breakfast buffet is exceptional, there is a terrific supermarket nearby, and the management and staff are incredibly attentive. First rate all around!

Long weekend with friends

We had a long weekend in Stockholm and chose this hotel as it was a little way out of the centre, a lovely 30 minute walk and you are easily in the centre, would definitely use again, really peaceful. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, the reception team were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent too, something for everyone and very good quality.
