Best hotel/staff in Stockholm

Whenever I'm Stockholm, I always stay here. The hotel itself is nice and excellently maintained. The food is good and the meatballs are to die for!! But it's the staff that make this place so good. They're so kind and always on hand to help 24/7 if you need them.

Best hotel/staff in Stockholm

Always try and stay here when I come to Stockholm. Hotel is great, food is excellent, rooms are big and comfortable. But even better than all that are the staff. Amazing!!! So friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Great hotel. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I had trouble getting my laptops online at first, so went down to reception and Rhatha gave me neat little trick to help and it worked!!

Breakfast was great. The restaurant at the lobby has good food & service was excellent. Staffs are friendly. There’s a park across the street. Train station around 10 minute walk. Highly recommended if you want a quiet neighborhood.

Latest of many stays here (work)

I've stayed here many times. I was not able to check-in on arrival at midday so I waited in the bar/lounge for a couple of hours until a room was available. This room was not up to scratch compared with previous stays and the deciding factor was the unusually hard bed. I asked to change and they offered me an alternative which better met my expectations. I would still like this hotel to offer bottled water in rooms, even though the tap water is classed as 'safe to drink'. The gym is very good for a hotel fitness centre. The sauna is a welcome addition also. The hotel restaurant is above average for this type of hotel.
