Great hotel. Exceptional staff throughout. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location, close to old town, hop on/off bus, shops and restaurants. Lovely views over the water.Close to station but no noise from trains. Only minus points were room a lite hot and no real aircon, plus the handheld part of the shower was a little temperamental. Would certainly recommend.

Good location, clean and comfortable room.

Terrible check in late at night after a 20 hour journey from Bangkok. Your card system was faulty so door/elevator cards could not be properly activated. After 3 attempts your staff did a manual activation only to find once he got us to our 10th floor room that there was no way to turn on lights. We had to wait further for him to go down and come back with a solution. This all took over half an hour. Besides being annoying it made a very bad impression of your hotel. There was no further staff interaction during our stay, no greetings, nothing - we felt invisible. Room was clean, bed comfortable, convenient location.

5 days in Stockholm - a rooms with a view.

I highly recommend Radisson Blu Waterfront. Convenient location, srylish in interiors (I had a superior suite), and friendly, relaxed and helpful staff. The breakfast is well stocked and pots of filter coffee arrive at tables in due course, although there is a machine. I couldn't get my TV to stay on for more than five minutes at a time, despite checking the settings which said that the sleep timer was not active. Online check-in didn't (nor did the kiosk on site), and refused to acknowledge my postcode, stating that the format was invalid. The reception staff were on hand to do it manually.

A great place to stay for a city break in Stockholm. So easy to get to on the Arlanda Express from the airport but despite the location right next to the central station it was really quiet. There was an international conference on at the conference centre whilst we were there yet the hotel still didn’t feel too busy. The staff were really friendly and professional and the breakfast was lovely. Within good walking distance to the city centre and the old town the location was perfect for us. The whole trip exceeded our expectations; there’s so much to enjoy in Stockholm city centre and the Radisson Blu Waterfront was superb.

We’ve used this property many times for its convenient location right by the train station. The airport train - Arlanda express, is literally a 5 min walk from the room. Easy walk to Gamala Stan and to trams / buses. Rooms, bed and bath are clean, nice and functional overall if just a bit small.
