This hotel was amazing! The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had. So many choices (even vegan options!). The rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful. This hotel is directly across from the train station and close to restaurants and shopping as well.

My recent stay at this hotel left me underwhelmed. Despite the premium price, the experience fell well short of expectations—both in terms of service and overall quality. I'd particularly caution families considering this property: in my experience, the Radisson chain isn't especially child-friendly. If you're traveling with little ones, you may want to explore other options.

The buffet breakfast and lunch options were excellent. The room was fine for my son and me and had a lovely waterfront view. The restaurant staff, especially Piotr, were great, as was Lucas at the front desk, who helped us with ferry travel logistics. The one downside was the room temperature was quite warm and we could not open a window. But they did get us a fan, which we appreciated. Would definitely stay there again. The location next to the station is super convenient.

Very well located beside the subway/train station. Comfortable beds.very good room service. Unfortunately the AC was extremely weak. Didn’t cool off the room at all. There is a very small window you can open for air. They missed cleaning my room one day.
