Gepflegte Fewo in ruhiger Umgebung

Der Werbeslogan "bella vista" passt perfekt. Die Aussicht auf den See ist wirklich traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist in perfektem Zustand, sehr ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Als Mieter sollte man beachten, dass in der fußläufigen Umgebung weder Gastronomie noch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten existieren, man ist für alle Aktivitäten auf das Auto angewiesen. Da fallen die sehr engen Parkplätze ewas negativ auf.
