Oceanfront Heated Pool, Tiki Bar 3rd floor end unit

Ocean Club members! Country club membership is available for a $300 fee to the Marriott Resort for your entire stay for up to 4 people (the Marriott charges hotel guests 35 per day for the same privileges): On Site Restaurants and Bars, 3 additional pools, 2 hot tubs, plus golf, tennis, pickleball, and 2 fitness centers. We have our own heated pool and beach access if you choose not to join.
Tucked away on South Hutchinson Island, the Treasure Coast's 16 mile lush
barrier island, is a unique resort that greets guests with the
warmth of true southern hospitality. The IRP Marriott Resort stretches across 200 acres of Hutchinson Island, bordered on one side by the clear Atlantic Ocean and on the other by the shimmering Indian River. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with sleeper sofa has a Caribbean feel with a colorful interior. Kitchen is fully equipped.
New and better WiFi! Located on the third floor with two balconies for unobstructed views of the ocean and next to the Tiki hut bar and restaurant. The beach is just steps away.
Renter can sign up and pay at the golf shop for the membership cards it is currently (may change) $300/family. I do require a contract and photo ID.
IMPORTANT: There could be some construction noise from the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday, during the period between July 21 and November 15, while building repairs are being done. Some days there will be no work being done and no noise, and some days there will be work being done that may cause noise. Our building manager does not have a clear schedule of when this work could be done. Prices have been reduced to reflect the potential for construction noise and inconvenience during this period of time.

Perfect location for wedding in Stuart.

We stayed at this great condo for a wedding / reception at Sailfish Pointe resort. It had a bin of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. which was nice. The pool was close and well maintained. The beach was just a walk down through the pool area and down the walkway. Very nice beach. Easy to get around to restaurants and venues for our four day stay. Would stay here again.

Excellent condo, location and communication!

Great condo and location! Definitely get the 150 family membership option to the ocean club, as that gets you access to Marriott pool/tiki bar/hot tub which is literally right under the condo balcony itself.The golf there is excellent. With the membership, the golf rates were only 39 for 18 holes and the course was fast paced when I played on a Sunday am. The course is in pristine conditions.We had one small issue at the unit that the owner was able to resolve immediately and was very responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone or any family that wants a beach get away for a weekend or even a week!

This place is amazing!

It’s a wonderful little piece of paradise. From drinking coffee on the balcony to walking down to the “rocks”, this place it awesome. It was perfect for our family of 6. Would definitely come back!

Beach Time

Nice roomy unit on 3rd floor with balcony overlooking the ocean. Beach access, good-sized pool. Lots of room to spread out for some good card games and quiet time. We initially had a sisters trip on the Florida west coast, but had to pivot due to Hurricane Helene. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to issues. Great area with some wonderful restaurants!accomidating

Always so fun

This is our 3rd stay at the property and we love the view and the condo as well as the friendly and prompt communication with the host! I encourage visitors to drive to the Marriott golf shop down the street and sign up for a guest membership as the resort is literally all around you. That way you can enjoy the hot tub, gyms, 2 additional pools and access to tennis and golf (even lessons with a pro for extra fee). I find the $150 for this very much worth it.

Very dated property, with great ocean views. Living room is poorly lighted, making it hard to read on the couch. Kitchen is poorly equipped, no cutting board, sheet pans, very dull knives, flimsy cutlery, no roasting pan. Rugs on floors old and not very clean. Guest bedroom packed with beds, good for kids, not for two couples. Foam mattress in master bedroom, which is vey soft. Allows dogs. Nice pool and good beach access. Expensive for what you get. Owner is very accessible.

Great Beach/Stuart location

We traveled from Tucson Arizona to visit family and get to the beach. What an awesome location right on beach with incredible view and deck to sit out and watch the waves!! We definitely recommend this lovely, well equipped 2 bedroom condo!

WONDERFUL Getaway!

This place was perfect for my husband and 2 grown daughters and our grand-dog. We loved sitting on the north-facing balcony watching the ocean for morning coffee, evening happy hour and when a spectacular storm rolled in. The balcony is always shady which was a VERY pleasant surprise! We very much appreciated the luggage carts available for us to get our luggage, chairs, tent etc. up the the condo. There was an issue with the AC but the owner quickly responded and a HVAC repair person was there in a few hours. HOORAY for AC! We will definitely book another stay to this beautiful location.

Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at Hutchinson Island. The condo was wonderful and the owners were very easy to work with. It was in the perfect spot for morning jogs and very close to restaurants. We will be staying again soon.

Dead bugs live bugs. Bites on everyone. Sheer curtains on second bedroom no sleeping in. Terrible layout in second bedroom. No ceiling lite and only lite in far corner if you can squeeze thru. Too much furniture. Elevator broken when we arrived. Yikes!

Beautiful Views

The property is located exactly where we like to vacation. It’s pet friendly- that’s a must for us. The condo is well equipped and enough space for us- 2 adults and one small dog. And extended family came to visit but not overnight. Hotels available very close. The building is older and we have stayed in several of the units over the past 20 years. Most are dated as is this one. The biggest complaint we have is the curtains on the living room door and master bedroom door. So in need of replacing. Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed the place - especially because of The ocean so close. Nothing like that sight and sound ever day. We miss the ocean - our Dog đŸ¶ does too.

Love the Spoonbill and Pelican generally. Thanks so much for maintaining the ocean club membership option to be able to use the hot tub, gym and tiki bar at the resort as guest renters. We really liked how everything in this unit was so organized and labeled!

Family Getaway

We stayed at the property for eight days. My sisters, brother and I brought my 86 year old mother on a trip just for her. We loved the condo and the fantastic views. Loved the access to the ocean and pool. We found out that Stuart Beach had beach wheel chairs so we were able to get mom down to the beach. A plus was the beach was only 1 1/2 miles away!

Overall our stay at the condo was wonderful. The second bedroom was a bit smaller than it looked online. The coffee maker leaks a bit, we were able to make coffee; only lost about a cup due to the leak. The iron stopped working. We used it the first night and it was fine, the next morning it did not work. We borrowed one from our cousin who was also staying on property. The view was beyond beautiful, looking out at the ocean was amazing. The area around us was perfect. We ate at a few restaurants, went for long walks and enjoyed our time there. I would definitely stay there again.
