The fenced in yard offers a private backyard resort with a large free form heated pool, hot tub, poolside lounging hightop table dining & outdoor fireplace. Perfectly located in the heart of Historical Downtown Stuart.

Pelicans Landing is situated in the highly sought after beautiful, quiet & quaint neighborhood of Hildabrad Park, in Stuart, Florida. Prime Location, nestled along the St. Lucie River, 1 block from the water & only 1 mile from charming Historic Downtown Stuart and just minutes from the most stunning beaches of the Treasure Coast, the breathtaking natural beaches of famous Hutchinson Island. This home is a treasure found on the Treasure Coast!



Head to Downtown Stuart, with many quaint shops, waterfront restaurants, galleries, the Stuart Heritage Museum and walks on the scenic Riverwalk boardwalk on the St. Lucie River. Live entertainment can be found in the 1920’s restored Lyric Theater and on the Riverwalk waterfront stage. Many arts and crafts festivals & weekly markets are offered. This property is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. All high touch point surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial travel size supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this .not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine as well.

We had a fabulous girls weekend. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants and was in proximity to all the things we had on our weekend Itinerary. We loved the pool and they lay out of the house. Travis and Kim were excellent hosts.

We had an enjoyable stay! Travis and Karin were incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout. The home was spotless when we checked in. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again —actually we have already booked our trip for 2027!

The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked!! Travis made the check-in process easy and was very responsive when we had some minor issues. The only negative was the pool. It was cloudy and dirty on arrival. The pool guy cleaned and shocked it on day 2 but the main side returns were not running so it never cleared during our stay.
