The fenced in yard offers a private backyard resort with a large free form heated pool, hot tub, poolside lounging hightop table dining & outdoor fireplace. Perfectly located in the heart of Historical Downtown Stuart.

Pelicans Landing is situated in the highly sought after beautiful, quiet & quaint neighborhood of Hildabrad Park, in Stuart, Florida. Prime Location, nestled along the St. Lucie River, 1 block from the water & only 1 mile from charming Historic Downtown Stuart and just minutes from the most stunning beaches of the Treasure Coast, the breathtaking natural beaches of famous Hutchinson Island. This home is a treasure found on the Treasure Coast!



Head to Downtown Stuart, with many quaint shops, waterfront restaurants, galleries, the Stuart Heritage Museum and walks on the scenic Riverwalk boardwalk on the St. Lucie River. This property is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. All high touch point surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial travel size supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this .not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine as well.

We had a fabulous girls weekend. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants and was in proximity to all the things we had on our weekend Itinerary. We loved the pool and they lay out of the house. Travis and Kim were excellent hosts.

Great Family vacation

This home is simply great! It was very clean and well appointed. The family had a fantastic time. We simply can’t say enough about Travis and Karin the property managers . Any question that came up, they responded so quickly to us. It is very rare that you find a property manager of a home to be so available and kind. We will definitely return!

Week Stay in April

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. It is a beautiful house and very comfortable. It was very clean when we checked in and the bathrooms were very nice and there were plenty of towels. All of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was large enough that there were spots for everyone to enjoy including a den/bonus room my son loved and a dedicated board game room. The family room and TV were perfect for our large family with comfy areas for all of us. The location was great - walkable to downtown. We did have some trouble with the hot tub not staying hot (we finally got it working on the last night) and the AC upstairs turning off intermittently throughout the trip. The management team always responded quickly but it seems like long term fixes might be necessary for both of these areas.

The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked!! Travis made the check-in process easy and was very responsive when we had some minor issues. The only negative was the pool. It was cloudy and dirty on arrival. The pool guy cleaned and shocked it on day 2 but the main side returns were not running so it never cleared during our stay.
