We were clearly interrupting the desk clerk from hanging out with her. Very unfriendly. We tried to call down to the front desk to ask a question and couldn't get through so had to call on our cell. She did not know how to tell us to reach the front desk on the room phone. When we left the person at the front desk was over in the dining area and just yelled leave the key card on the counter. We chose days in because we have Days Inn in the area where I live in Canada and have always had good service. I worked as a clerk at a front desk at a hotel for years. I never would have ever treated my customers like this.

The room was dirty. There was hair everywhere. The was really the only thing that bothered me. It was in the bed, on the bathroom floor, my face clothe. It was a mess.

You get what you pay for

That saying… “you get what you pay for” goes for this place. Bugs in the window sill, pretty sure there was dog poop on the floor, the water was black in the morning after flushing. Couldnt take a shower. The bed was pretty comfortable though and so were the 3 pillows. However, I did ask to be up away from most people so my boyfriend could play his guitar and not disturb the people near by. She said it was on the side that was still under construction. We honestly weren’t expecting much. We just needed a place to sleep. So the price was only $79 with taxes on a Saturday in January. The pool was out of commission. The breakfast was granola bars and cereal and coffee. With that being said I wouldn’t use this for a romantic getaway but alright for a one nighter in the middle of a snow storm. And waking up to the snow in the woods was very pretty!!!

Sorry for any inconvenience you may have had. We are not a pet friendly property so I am not sure how there would be dog poop on the floor. As for the pool it is an outdoor pool so that would not be open in New England in January. Again I apologize for any inconvenience.

It was hard to find. The signage was poor. We missed the entrance. The WiFi didn’t work well. The TV didn’t work at first. The maintance man was great and came to the room and replaced the batteries in the remote

Did not feel safe

Never even checked in. The parking was filled with small gatherings of people just hanging out. Parking lot lighting was terrible. Did not feel safe getting out of the vehicle to check in. Left and went somewhere else.

Sorry for any inconvenience the property is perfectly safe. We do not allow smoking in the building therefore guest have to go outside to smoke, and they do tend to gather together when they do.

We were homeless and were staying at Days Inn, the hotel staff became more like family. We never had any issues the staff and managers were respectful and friendly. Place was always clean and we never had any issues. Thank you for helping us feel at home.
