NOT convenient to airport and no 24 HR reception.

Given I asked for a double bed when emailed by the hotel for info I was surprised that we were given twins! My search was for 'airport hotel' and this was nowhere near, no 24 hr reception, 4am found us dragging luggage down 4 flights to a side door and then having to struggle up the street and around to the front to wait for a taxi. Not great value for the €80 price, but clean at least and wifi ok.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist chaotisch und etwas falsch beschrieben. Das Hotel liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung, es gibt für das gesamte Hotel 5 Parkplätze auf dem Hof, keine weiteren. Die Parkplätze sind reserviert und man hat kurzfristig logischerweise keine Chance mehr. Sobald man auch nur vor dem Hotel hält wird man direkt darauf hingewiesen, dass man hier nicht stehen kann und sich am Besten vor dem Check-In einen Parkplatz auf der Straße sucht. Man muss schon sehr Glück haben, um noch etwas zu finden, in der Regel etwas weiter weg und eben mitten auf der Straße. Rezeption ist nur bis 19:00 Uhr besetzt. - danach ist niemand vom Hotel erreichbar und vermutlich auch kein Check-In möglich. Man erhält einen Schlüssel für die Hintertür. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bad absolut winzig. Man muss sich am Waschbecken vorbei quetschen, um in die Dusche zu klettern. Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, nur einen kleinen Ventilator. Sehr altes, beengtes Gebäude ohne Aufzug, allerdings ist alles sehr gepflegt, frisch geputzt und absolut sauber. Die Gegend ist absolut in Ordnung, circa 15 Minuten Fußweg zu den Veranstsltungen. Für unseren Zweck in Ordnung, für Wellness auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen,

Die Privatsphäre wurde vom Hotelpersonal nicht respektiert. Als ich am frühen Abend auf dem Zimmer war wude plötzlich und unvermittelt - ohne vorheriges Anklopfen o. Ä. - die Zimmertür vom Personal aufgeschlossen und eine Frau betrat das Zimmer. Als sie merkte, dass eine person im Zimmer war, ging mit einem "Oh, ein Versehen!" wieder hinaus. So etwas darf in einem renomierten Hotel nicht passieren.

Zimmer waren sauber , aber das „Bad“ so winzig . Sowas hab ich nicht nicht gesehen . Das zu 10 im Erdgeschoss war sehr hell hörig weil im Eingangsbereich alles gefliest war hört man jeden Schritt oder Stuhl der gerückt wird . Und außen durch die Straße oder U-Bahn sehr laut . Und ich hatte durch die vielen Spiegel , neben und über dem Bett und dem Sternenhimmel einen etwas komischen eindruck🤔😟. Aber ansonsten gut!
