Lovely Holiday Flat
Posted Jun. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayWe only booked for 3 nights, but we had a great time. It's in a great location, with surprisingly lovely views. The location is superb. We liked the wrap-around balcony which is perfect for drinks and snacks. The flat is nicely presented and clean, and has enough facilities for you to stay in for home-cooked meals or to watch TV. The host is pleasant.

Cosy Cottage

Glad you had a lovely time, some great walks to be had along the Jurassic coastal path!
I think you mean over the hill to studland or the other hill is towards Durlston as Port Isaac is in Cornwall!!

Lovely apartment
Posted Apr. 25, 2024 on HomeAwayWe had a lovely few days at the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to allow us to get out on to the extensive balcony with views of swanage and the sea. All in all, a fine few days.

Fantastic location with balcony and sea view
Posted Sep. 8, 2023 on HomeAwayI thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The balcony and sea view were fantastic. The apartment was very clean. A little dated in places. I missed not having a freezer compartment in the fridge and I would have liked a dressing table in the bedroom! Other than that I was very happy and comfortable.

I’m glad you enjoyed the wrap around balcony, sea views, a clean villa and your stay at the property was comfortable.
We always listen to reviews and take on board any comments. We are replacing the fridge for next year as not having a freezer compartment within it does seem to be a problem. The pictures and details do show/explain that there is a chest of drawers, wardrobe and a full length mirror in the bedroom which unfortunately leaves no room for a dressing table. I do feel that if this is something that is important to you, you should probably check first. I little dated in places I cannot address as you’ve not been specific. So rating the villa 3 stars was harsh. Please check details and pictures first and check reviews before booking and then you won’t be expecting something that isn’t on offer. We work very hard to make sure people have a lovely holiday at the villa and take pride in what we do, we are very proud of the villa, it’s location and every thing we have to offer always receiving 5 stars and a few 4’s!

Lovely flat, great location

Sitting in the balcony and watching the world go by was also lovely.
Nicky was great at getting back to me with any questions.
We shall be back.

Swanage short stay
Posted Jul. 14, 2023 on HomeAwayOur second stay here. Perfectly situated for easy access to beach, promenade and town. Great to have a free off road parking space. The apartment is perfect for a short stay for a couple.
