We found a live cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was apologetic and moved us across the hall. In the morning we realized there was a dead cockroach on the ceiling above one of the beds. Other than that, it was ok.

The bed was older and not very comfortable. It had a thin topper on it and the bed could use being replaced. I was unable to sleep through the evening as a result. When we check with the front desk we were told the beds were all the same.

Extremely unclean room. Dust, limescale build up, old bedding, toilet seat was not cleaned. The entire sidewalk and parking lot were covered in ice. Fell in front of the hotel entering and the front desk staff didn’t even look up.
