Nice easy stay

Nice location for a quick overnight stay, parking is available at the hotel but is chargeable. Room was nice however the bathroom needed some attention. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Can't fault it

Friendly, polite and efficient staff. Good food choice in the bar, clean and well maintained room. Lots of development going on near the hotel as of April 25, main road next to it but excellent soundproofing so an undisturbed rest.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is lovely and the service was great. They had late check out which was great. Only reason for my lack of 5 star is the area the hotel is in. Seems to be in the middle of a housing estate.

Hotel is on a busy road but from inside the room you can not hear the traffic It’s on the outskirts of town but easy to get a cab. Hotel receptionists were helpful and friendly and efficient on check in and out and when I needed to book a cab. The room was clean and tidy and would stay again

Very disappointed with the stay. I was looking forward to catching up on sleep after a tiring day. But a member of staff decided to let themselves in at 8.30am which woke me and then I was up for the day.

Other guests using the 6th floor as a nightclub. Loud music blaring out until 1am and nothing done about it by hotel staff.
